Associate Gardner was extremely helpful. He found the perfect box for shipping and was knowledgeable about services. He provided great information regarding insurance for the package and is delivering on appropriate date. Fantastic customer service. Excellent job.

I would only use this store if in the area. It was closer than my post office location.
Edit: What can you do better? You could charge a reasonable price for postage. I was charged $1.15 to mail a letter. All it needed was a stamp and to be placed in the box. The post office would have charged $.73. I was a two minute walk from this location. I wish that I was closer to the post office.
