HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE MUST READ!!
Went in to drop off equipment to be returned to AT&T *mind you I did my due diligence called AT&T got the info to return, even was given an account number to provide to the UPS store to ensure the return went probably.
Immediately when I walked these two gentleman Chris and some other white male seems like late 30’s maybe early 40’s, beard, slim build, hair in a bun.
Gave me a look of somewhat disgust, mind you no other customers were in the store. I went up said good morning and the person took the equipment and attempted to scan the barcode
“Not working” he giggles and giggles
Let me try the other computer he says
Giggles again and sarcastically ohh no it’s not working. Gave him my name , he looked in the computer ohh nothing. Gave him the account number AT&T has with UPS and still he says nothing sir sorry can’t help you. He then suggests to take it and had me a paper but that he won’t process with AT&T and it won’t show as returned equipment.
Completely is the opposite of what is trying to be accomplished. He didn’t want to help didn’t look up any information and his suggestion was to “call AT&T and figure it out” mind you I kept my patience still. He then began to continue mouthing off catty comments being over sarcastic about how helpful he was on how he did his best.
AT THIS POINT I WAS JUST GRABBING MY EQUIPMENT AND WALKING OUT OF THE STORE!!
This employee the entire time I’m trying to leave and even when I got to my car door
(I was in front of the store parked closely)
Was yelling being disrespectful and trying to instigate some sort of altercation!
At this point I was fed up and walked back in the store but only standing by the entrance telling the employee why he felt the need to harass me while I’m leaving the store, he refused to give his name but thanks to previous reviews about other horrible experiences people will know this is the kind of experience that will happen to you if you go to this store. Just use FEDEX or something else but avoid this location at all costs.
The discrimination and disrespect the employee showed this day really just shows the downturn of professionalism, communication, and commitment to the customer plaguing American businesses.
I would hope UPS corporate offices really reprimands this individual and hopefully he won’t be representing UPS in the near future.

The young man with the ponytail, greeted us as soon as we walked in the. He was very helpful and knew exactly what we needed.

Would not come here again. I was not told before hand that it was a change to have them print my label that I forwarded to them. Then they charged for no name cheap flimsy plastic bags to ship the free label with. I came here a month ago and was not charged for either. Ridiculous

Wouldn't take my box unless it was theirs which was more than total item value , apart from shipping, this location is a franchise so the prices are completely different beware stay away

Elizabeth, Juan and Chris were excellent. I do not know these folks, but I am happy to sing their praises. Thank you, UPS, for hiring such a great crew.

Carried a large box into this facility for shredding after I had called and was told they do that at the store. I showed up to be told both boxes were full, sorry. I will go back to my regular UPS store who would have figured it out. Apparently they do not want business

I never would have thought that leaving a review for a shipping place would ever cross my radar. But this evening, I had such an exceptional experience with Juan that I am compelled to leave a review. First, he saw me coming to the door with my arms full of large boxes and he ran to open the door for me. Then, in about the time it took me to put the boxes down and shuffle some paperwork, he had them already checked in and labeled for me. It was so quick that it was startling! And he was smiling and joking with me the whole time. I can honestly say I’ve never had an experience like that at any shipping location. It was really exemplary service all around.

I came in to do a return towards closing time and Juan was so welcoming, friendly and helpful! Elizabeth was also very friendly. Awesome customer service from both! Will be back here again!
