They tried to charge me $3.29 for printing a Pre-Paid label from Amazon (one page). I have never been asked for money when printing pre-paid labels. It’s always been a courtesy in all UPS locations I have been to. They didn’t even tell me there was a fee for printing a label. I told them “No thanks. I’ll come back with my printed label”. Scammers!

Had a very stressful application that I’ve been trying to finish for several months. At the store I was missing a document and Taylor at the front desk was quick to print the missing document, notarize the application, and help me get it mailed. I appreciated his professionalism, patience, and will definitely be coming back to the UPS on Austin highway for my future shipping/mailing needs.

I would like to say that a young man named Taylor helped me out in a very stressful situation. I was visiting and had to mail things home and was concerned and stressed about having to do so. Taylor showed me step by step how to and different options that were available to do so. Taylor was very reassuring. Made the whole situation better. I walked in stressed and walked out feeling relieved. We need more people like him helping.

Taylor was working alone, several people came in as well but he effectively and expertly handled their needs while still attending to mine in a timely manner, he was professional and deliberate, while he helped me with my very niche request. Absolutely would come to this store over other ones for this kind of service.

Fantastic experience. Taylor was very kind and quite funny. A pleasure to interact with - probably the best experience at a shipping place ever. 5 star experience for sure.
Pricing is much higher than USPS and this is the only reason for the removed star. A cheaper slower option would make a 5 star review no question
