Love going to this store. The customer service is great and the staff is friendly and Tahj does us so good with the graphic designs he gives us everytime. Its hard to find great staff and this Ups store has a great one.

For YEARS I have gotten professional prints from Taj. Even when I'm unorganized, he quickly resizes my projects and they're great. His excellent, patient demeanor and knowledge of the computer program he uses keep me coming back.

I came here to turn in a piece of Spectrum equipment and Tia, the clerk, was TREMENDOUSLY helpful! She not only took the time to assist me but went the extra mile to ensure that I fully understood the process and what would happen. In addition she was cheerful and upbeat even though she probably does this several times per day. I can’t imagine any better service!

I've had a post box here since March of 2020. I can't say enough good things about the crew here. Taj has been great to work with, and you can tell the regulars love working with him. He's always got a smile on his face, makes sure to take care of any packages that you are expecting, knows the ayatem inside and out. Understand what needs to be done, and gets it done well.I've never had a bad experience with these folks and look forward to continuing my business with them.

This is my favorite UPS store in the city because of their workers. Specifically Taj is always welcoming and professional when I visit this location. When I have a question he has an answer and always provides great customer service!
