Ah yes, the UPS Store. The magical place where printing a single return label costs over three bucks for one lonely sheet of paper. For that price, I expected a dramatic reading of my tracking number and a handshake from the manager. Spoiler alert, neither happened.
I returned the package the same way I got it, untaped and perfectly fine. They told me I couldn’t ship it like that, even though it literally arrived that way. They didn’t charge me to tape it this time, but made it clear they would next time. So basically, consider it a warning fee for future crimes.
If you’re into overpriced printing and imaginary shipping rules, you’ll feel right at home. Otherwise, print your label at home and hide your tape like it’s contraband.

If you need assistance with something tedious, be sure to ask Isaiah (the manager) and not Nathan. Nathan will tell you a bold face lie about the status of your package, and end with “god bless you! 😃 ”. Take heed.

I often visit this store to drop off packages, but today I faced quite a challenge with a large, heavy box. I was pleasantly surprised when a kind gentleman came out to help me carry it inside. His assistance made a real difference, and I truly appreciate his thoughtfulness. Thank you for your help and for being so caring!

Leo and Nathan are genuinely the nicest guys I’ve met in a long time. I don’t care what you say having to go ship something out is one of the most annoying things known to mankind but if i gotta do it it’ll be at this place !!!!

I ❤️ love this place. The customer service is amazing , the mailing time whether it's light, heavy or fragile is super fast and efficient. The staff is awesome and always friendly. Thank you to Christopher for helping me mail out two large boxes and other expensive items to MD from TX which got there in 3 days! Awesome again...I really needed it to get this done before my out of state move. Chris was patient, professional, detailed, caring, organized and very careful. Thank you Chris also many thanks to everyone and I appreciate all your help. I'm so grateful for you all. I will miss coming to my UPS store off Walzem in Texas. You don't know how much you have helped me and my family. Thank you all again for displaying the Golden rule....Also, just as you want men to do to you, do the same way to them. Luke 6:31☺️

I don't like the service in this store. They are very friendly and everything, but the young guys are very distracted and nobody help at all when you have a problem. And yes I already called twice and they didn't help me, at all. that's why I wrote the comment.

I went into the Walzem location of the UPS Store as I have many times over the past couple of years and I was greeted by Leo, Angel and Charles. All of whom were friendly, courteous and eager to assist me with the service I was looking for. They were all polite and even seemed helpful to each other in order to make my visit more pleasant and quick. Great job with these 3 folks, UPS. They are keepers!
