On June 12th at 3:18pm. I dropped off a phone for usps to pick up from ups because the post office is a distance from my house so I took a picture of my dropped off item. A week later my item still hadn't been tracked i went back to ups but they refused to show the cameras footage from that day. Now I have to pay for the unreturned phone because it never made it to usps tracking system. I believe they stole it and don't take accountability for it. Do not drop off anything here for usps!!!!

Was my go to drop stop place, one day i dropped a package off meant for usps that was supposed to update by the end of the week or so, days go by, weeks, nothing ever scanned. Maybe it was snagged maybe usps mishandled it but i lost a expensive package somehow due to this location’s handling…

I had such a great experience at this UPS thanks to Zoe! She was super helpful with my packages friendly, professional, and efficient. She went out of her way to make sure everything was taken care of and made the whole process stress-free. It’s not every day you come across someone who’s both kind and great at what they do.
