Honestly, I gave it a 10 because as soon as I walked in, the staff was very friendly and respectful, greeting me right away. The young lady who helped me was not only kind but also assisted me with packing my shipment. She was truly wonderful professional and pleasant. The prices was over price for two sheets of paper, getting fax that I printed out myself. $5.15 . For a fax . Not to mention the young lady, they didn’t even offer me a cover sheet and I’m like don’t need a cover sheet. She was just literally about to ask. Just send it . I’m like in charge for the cover sheet and she said no that’s free so give it to me. Why do I have to ask?.

I've been using this UPS store for about two years, and I’ve always had a great experience. I believe I saw the manager or owner there once because they had a very commanding presence and were on top of everything, but on all other visits, whether a Manager is present or not my experience has not changed, its ALWAYS top notch! That speaks volumes.
Whenever I walk in, no matter how busy everyone is, I am always greeted. This makes me feel seen and like I wont be forgotten in the crowd. The staff members seem to be highly attentive and aware at all times, making sure the customers are taken care of. I have ONLY encountered polite and prompt professionalism at this store. Whether it’s due to effective training or the positive example set by leadership, this store operates like a well-oiled machine! I wish more places operated the same. A simple acknowledgment and attentiveness go a long way.

Employee 166877 charged me $4 for “computer use per hour” ??? When I was there for like 5 mins.. he only mentioned a charge for mailer package and print cost, said nothing about a charge on computer use when I’m standing behind the computer not using it bc I don’t work there. I remember why I don’t come to this location.. fortunately it will be my last, I’ll just drive to the other one near me. it’s not my fault prime changed their return method either.

Is always a pleasure to go to this UPS store! Is very close to my home, they are ALWAYS friendly, very knowledgeable and I never have to wait long. Darien has helped me before and he's always nice, friendly and answers all my questions! For my returns and when I need to send a package I prefer the UPS store than the post office! Thank you for always delivering a wonderful service!

I am so disappointed in the customer service of this location! I misread the paper on the Amazon label printing machine and I got yelled at from the back of the counter by an employee while he was helping someone else. Then another employee walks up to me and starts reading the paper to me out loud as if I couldn’t hear. If there was a customer service rep that had the time to come read me the paper out loud so everyone can hear, and they were so worried about their printer then why didn’t someone come up to me (in a discrete) manner to ensure I read the instructions correctly instead of embarrassing me in front of the other customers? I will never go back to this location!

If I could add a million more stars to this review, I would take the time to do so! Before I continue, just thank you. A genuine thank you from the bottom of my heart. I received more than customer service yesterday. I received a helping hand, when no one else would help with my situation/matter. Ebony, a beautiful, beautiful memeber or UPS, made my day with her helpful gesture. It was just a gesture for me, it was a human being having empathy, and a heart of gold. And for that, I will continue service as I need with any future needs I may be able to receive through UPS! You DEFINITELY value your customers, and I won't ever forget that wonderful experience!
