Went in just to drop a package off, there was a line but no worker, stood there for 5 mins someone came out messed with the printer and I Asked if anyone was working and he said no and left.

Chris and Jay at the Thousand Oaks UPS Store definitely went above and beyond with the shipment of my very fragile item. The service was so prompt and my box was on its way in rapid succession. Jay even recommended a level of shipping that was quick yet maximized handling care. My item arrived unscathed and I was so happy with all of the service received. I would not hesitate to select their services again.

I dropped off 27 boxes, each needing labels that needed to printed and stuck to specific boxes. They printed, cut, put paper into individual sleeves, and helped me stick each label to the specific boxes. They went over and above!

Great service!
We ran last-minute New Year's Eve errands...stopping by the Thousand Oaks location because another nearby UPS store was not open.
We arrived at exactly 4p.m., just as the staff was locking up for New Year's Eve.
One of its employees, Alli, saw us standing outside on the sidewalk, opened the door and allowed us in after we explained our problems with the other store being closed.
Alli directed us to the counter, quickly processed our two packages, and we were on our way.
She handled the situation with grace, diplomacy, and efficiency.
Alli represents the store well, an asset to her company.

Sorry, guys - someone shipping something for me was charged $3.50 to print a damn label? Give me a break.
The store's response is even more absurd. Overhead cost? For a two cent thermal label? Come on guys. Sorry, but like I said below...
EVERY UPS store I've ever been to prints emailed labels on thermal as a free courtesy.
This is a racket and absurd. Comp that to your customers. Do better.
Your location is the only I've ever encountered that does this. It's kind of pathetic.

Great service!!! Brent went above and beyond assisting us with a crazy cumbersome Amazon return. It clearly wasn’t going to fit back in its original box without some real problem solving. He never gave up and all the while he had a smile and determination befitting the holiday season. We are so grateful for the wonderful service.

I’ve been here multiple times with a prepaid label already on my package, and they always find an excuse to not accept it unless I will buy one of their boxes. They pressure you to buy insurance or additional supplies, and say it is UPS policy. However, when I take it to another location, they accept it with no issues. Because of the location, I’ve given them multiple chances, but no more.
