Super fast service!
I only wish that shredding was NOT $1.25 per pound. Just cap at 75 cents per pound or offer a discount if over 10 pounds

I love how easy it is to return items with UPS! The location is super convenient—just within a mile from my house—and the process is always smooth. Honestly, UPS has become my go-to carrier because they make everything so hassle-free!

Girl at the counter was no help. Told me she couldnt help me bc she needed to be available if other customers come in. There were NO other customers in the store at the time. Nasty attitude. So much so that a DRIVER stepped in to help bc even HE recognized her unwillingness to assist. If you dont like your job, quit, dont provide crappy customer service experiences.

Attempted to return an Amazon order said it didn't need a box, had to take it home with me. Next return I needed a box to which they tried to sell me one. Never had this problem before anywhere else. I'll be trying another location from now on.
