I had to leave work early because ups just put my package right in front of the garage so someone can just take it. There was not even a car in the driveway to hide it. What happened to them putting it near the door at least?? I had another big package delivered today by fedex and they placed it near my door halfway hidden by the pilar. If someone took this, I would’ve been out a lot of money!

Great Customer Service! There a couple of drivers who deliver from here and they are the most helpful and friendliest I’ve met. Joseph and Emilio are two of them I got to meet when delivering to me. I’ve also called and asked about a few orders that I wasn’t able to get and they definitely helped me.

Ive been waiting for my package to arrive for a week. So when the morning of 9/22/2023 came, I started tracking progress in their app. It says will be delivered by 7pm still I refresh every time for updates.So it was a shock for me to see that when I refreshed at 430p it says I missed it at 427.There was no knock at my door. I also have a dog who goes crazy when she hears a knock. There was also no note attached to my door saying they missed me.I called the 800 num but there was no real person to speak with. And the crazy part was it says that the delivery man left a note at my door. So I made peace eventually that I will receive my package the next business day 9/25/2023.To our surprise, a second attempt was made the next day instead of the expected date they provided. It was a Saturday. We left at 530p. There is a note this time though said we missed again. It was timestamped at 630p.This is absurd!!! The note says we can reschedule delivery to our own preference but we need to pay $12.I can’t believe this. I felt scammed. I would give 0 star if that is an option.

If I could give UPS 0 stars I would. I run a small business and have my packages delivered to my residence so I can process inventory and bring it to my several shops. We have moved recently and one of my suppliers accidentally sent packages to my previous address. I wasn’t terribly worried about and was willing to drive the 5 hours to the HUB to pick up these packages and was even willing to pay what ever fees would be charged for the inconvenience. Well, after speaking to 3 representatives regarding the issue I was told that there is absolutely nothing I can do on my end and that any changes that are made need to be done on my suppliers end. My supplier is refusing to fix the issue and so these packages are going to end up being delivered to an address that has stolen packages from me in the past and there is absolutely nothing I can do about it. My small business is now out $1500 worth of inventory because of a policy change made last Friday where we as receivers can no longer request to pick up packages from the HUB. There are several other carriers to pick from such as DHL, USPS, FEDEX etc etc. I highly recommend choosing any of those carriers over UPS as you will not get any customer support from them. Btw, we finally figured out the one and only way to speak to a representative over the phone is selecting “track a package” option and going through the prompts. At the end of you day “speak to a representative” you will be connected with a live person. Any other way and the call will be disconnected after the automated system tell you that they can’t help you.

I usually leave a sign on my door for delivery drivers to knock due to no doorbell. Some do, some don't. I like having a chance to bring my packages inside before they can get stolen. I stay home when I'm expecting deliveries. Today I forgot the sign. The driver knocked anyway with three loud knocks. It took a second to do this. I wish all drivers would do this. Knock or ring the doorbell. I want to compliment the specific driver today but cannot get through the automated system to reach a live person.

Came here today 7/19/22 and noticed that the business hours said 9am-3pm. I made it after 3pm and this young female employee saw me reading the signs upfront and came out to assist me. I showed her my driver's license and even showed her my 5 year old state ID( ?YES, you can get a state ID for an infant on up; there is no law that prohibits you from doing so just go to the DPS take important documents: a birth certificate of the child and social security # of the child along with your proof of residency/ bill in your name & voter registration and your good to go)?.Anyway, she was very understanding and knowledgeable and gave some great advice to prevent me from having a package on hold from a sender when they forget to add your apt number.
