As I opened the door, three registers were occupied, and an employee jumped up and opened up the fourth register before I could reach it. She had me in and out of there within two minutes. Despite and because of the two minutes, I was instantly impressed. I’m not sure I’ve ever received customer service at that high-level ever. The employee was very pleasant, patient, enthusiastic and efficient. I was almost disappointed to leave so quickly.

STAY AWAY FROM THE NOTARY JOJO!!!!It is sad to say that because of this one person the UPS store at this location is bringing the UPS store down.- His condescending demeanor was not appreciated.- The lack of attention to his customers filling out the forms he is supposed to be notarizing was frustrating due to him “not paying attention”. This required us to either print a new form and fill the information out again or cross out our signatures out and resigning while he watched this time with the hope that it would be accepted.- The fact that he told us he would not be helping us because I our frustration with the situation was expressed with a comment of “are you serious” when he told us that he wasn’t paying attention when we signed the paperwork- and unfortunately it must be said…his lack of personal hygiene. I could smell him while standing a good 5-7 feet away.I did want to add that I observed the rest of the staff to be friendly, attentive and polite to their customers.Good luck with Jojo UPS.

let’s start with “Jo-Jo” the empowered employee at the store that get mad at you for using the tape on the table, and threaten to kick me out, please chill out I only used $0.14 cents of tape, I paid the $3.14 to print out one sheet of paper. And beside being rude can you shower and use deodorantWhen coming to work. Just a little mad at the rude smelly “Jo-jo”You can do better .

Kudos to John, Bob and the team at UPS for taking care of their customers. They helped me send an envelope to hold at a UPS location in another state for signature. When their systems showed it hadn't been picked up and was pending return, John called me directly to advise me of the status. I received a follow-up call from Bob when their systems showed it was being returned to them. I so appreciated the proactive and personal outreach and support in trying to resolve the issue. Thank you!

I drove to this store because I remember it not being as busy as my nearest location. I was surprised to find the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE experience I have had in a long time. Bob helped me notarize something and was super helpful. I was worried because the document I brought in was pretty lengthy but he put me at ease. Thanks, Bob!!!

Great service every time! Clean well organized store. Plenty of parking.I almost hate letting people know how great this place is because I don't want to have to wait in line all the time if they get too popular. But, they have earned the great review.

Just dropped off package and have been here several times. I walk in and there is no line and one person working which was fine, just trying to be friendly and asking questions but the person working there is not very friendly which is unusual because I usually talk to everyone that is here and they're always so friendly but today I've never seen her there before and she was just COLD! She never responded to anything I asked her so out of all the times that I've come here I walked out with that WOW!! feeling like what the heck was wrong with her not friendly whatsoever! I come here a lot to leave packages because I sell eBay and some people recognize me also that's why I try to be friendly because they're always friendly with me and talkative but today was a total like, this girl should not be working at a front desk. She needs serious help with customer relations.

Went to UPS store to get passport pictures taken ($14 for 2 pictures). Did you know they do this? No appointment needed! Well, I had a great experience because of Bob. Bob was the employee that had great customer service. He was very professional and friendly. Very patient because he was also teaching another employee at the same time. Very pleasant experience. Thank you, Bob!

Unfortunately after having had great experiences the previous two times at this location, today's visit made me feel so incredibly stupid. I simply needed to drop off an Amazon return that I'd placed in an Amazon box I had at hand. I didn't think about any kind of battery hazard sticker being on it. I don't have to think about these things normally; just trying to get my return done. After asking me questions about the sticker, I was advised it needs to be removed before mailing. So I start trying to peel it off. While I'm trying to remove it and struggling to do so, there was no offer to buy another box, offer way to cover it up, another way to peel off the sticker or anything at all to assist. The employee just stood there while I struggled with no empathy and no solution, just continued to stand in the same spot and check their cell phone a couple times while a line was now building up behind me. I finally was able to peel a good chunk of the label off and was checking if that was enough, and got the response the WHOLE thing needed to be off; then managed to return to standing at the register with nothing else to say. Feeling stupider with each passing second and now causing others to wait in line while I did so, I instead just gave up and left, I left feeling defeated and dejected. I've never had a disappointing trip to a UPS store until this.

I want to thank you for the nice, wonderful Costumer service, this morning when I was there, this gentleman I don't know his name but he was the only one at that time, there was a lot of costumers and he did a wonderful job by himself trying to help everyone. THANK YOU?

David is always kind and helpful. I have never had any problems with missing packages or not being able to access my box.Highly recommend!
