Service sucks. I sent a letter to Austin, and they purposely lost it. I called corporate for a status, and a reimbursement, and they did not help.
DO NOT SEND YOUR MAIL FROM HERE.
And I'm sure the owner knows about. I have proof of what I mailed, and how I tried working with them. They will laugh at you.
Don't try taking to Preston, he doesn't like his job

Customer service is awful. No one greets you.Everybody seems like they hate their job. The girl that helped me today was it looked like she was having such a bad day.I had to ask her if she was having a bad date.Her response was no. A girl in the front's name was I think hernanda, adriana. This is the closest UPS office to my house. I hate coming here.They're always so rude

chunky woman with short hair is so beyond rude. don't go to this location. truly don't know how these employees don't get fired, they must be desperate for people.

Went in to return Amazon package (clothing) used the self service, mind you my package was already in a mailer and she said to take the item out and put it in a plastic bag that looked like a cheap grocery bag. Hopefully my items aren’t damaged- the two lady’s were unprofessional; unclear on why I needed to take it out of the mailer and just rude.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We were greeted immediately upon walking through the door! We went in there to get some copies made for some paperwork we were getting done. The charges were acceptable, especially given our situation of not having a printer while on the road!

They lost my package and when I ask for claim the manager lady is very is very unpleasant and does not even give me time to listen to me. On the other hand, there is a very nice gentleman there. I advise you to avoid their manager

My experience with dropping off packages and getting my PO box set up was great. Velma and Brian was fantastic. They're customer service and attention to answering my questions were precise. They both were very polite and welcoming considering how busy they got.

Terrible customer service every time we go to drop off. I get that retail is a thankless job, but if you don't like it, then choose another career path. Advice to the employees........ treat people like YOU wanted to be treated, better than that, treat people how you want your CHILDREN to be treated.

Horrible Customer Service and when we get there they inform us that Notary Services are until 5pm. That’s is so stupid. If you guys provide the services and are open offer the all the services. Not only a few. The guy at the front desk it’s so rude. Looks like he hates his job!

Employee Pedro, at this location, must hate his job. I thought maybe first 2 times I’ve come that maybe he was having a bad day. But Every single time I’ve been in here and got him. Approx 6 times now. He has NEVER greeted. Never Says anything as I approach the counter. Horrible customer service!
