To copy one page using black and white option, they charge you $1.25, in addition to the printing charges, for scanning. To be noted that they don't tell the charges in advance and they don't give you a scanned version of the document they scanned.

the mexican guy thats been there for years treated me very bad. he said i looked like a typical mexican that scammed him and he wouldnt let me get to my mailbox that i pay for monthly. i was appalled and worried scared i wouldnt be able to get my mail but i went in much later, calling into work the next day, so he wouldn’t harass me.

Terrible! There was a women names Cat working, she was visibly frustrated & irritated due to the printer messing up & needing to be restarted. She was visibly frustrated that there was a women and her 4 young children trying to get prints, she told her she needed to come back in 2 days to get her prints, but I’m thinking she was just frustrated with them she kept giving them the ugliest faces. She then was slamming boxes down and clicking computer buttons all loud out of frustration. I understand work can be frustrating but this is unacceptable.

Went and tried to return around 8am the doors was locked people was just looking never came to the door wish the communication and the website was more accurate

The lady is always extremely helpful, hospitable and patient. We always have a lot of packages and sometimes we're confused but her attitude helps a lot in relieving the pressure. She's also very gracious and pleasant with children. Best UPS experiences are here, easily.

This was a hard location to find. Definitely have to drive slow to not pass it. I posted a picture of the front and submitted an edit to help show where the front door is exactly. They do have the scanning equipment to accept a QR code for an Amazon return. It's nice to know I have a place close to my work when I need to go to UPS.
