I am writing to commend Mr. Joseph Gibbs of UPS Store 6150 for providing absolutely outstanding service above and beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. He shipped a large and oddly shaped box out of his store to the UPS Customer Center in Nogales, AZ, and I was having trouble connecting with my package at the Nogales facility. Mr. Gibbs took a personal interest in making sure that my package was delivered when I needed it to be there. He stayed in constant touch with me via phone and email. He actually got up at 2:00 am to talk to the night shift dispatcher in Tuscon to make sure that my package would go out on the early truck, and then emailed me confirmation. This was very important to me as I had a 5 hour drive to pick up the package and wanted to make sure it would be there when I arrived, which it was -- thanks to Mr. Gibbs!

Unfortunately, I was there on Sat. & as UTSA'S Student Union Building is Closed every Weekend - UPS is closed too.*it would have been *exceedingly helpful IF Ama◇on had not ' offered ' this precise UPS location to return packages... as carrying a heavy box a long distance to a closed UPS store ( in heavy pelting rain ) was not a rewarding experience. PS The parking is not close by, the entrance is on a circular roundabout with Red no parking curbs all around. .

They lost two of my packages. Approximately $100. I sent a claim, they have yet to respond. They were Christmas gifts! I ordered them for my wife and mother-in-law. I'm frustrated and seem to have no recourse. I don't know what to do here.UPS: I appreciate the reply. I'll stop in tomorrow to discuss this. Hopefully y'all can help figure things out. I'll change my rating then.

The staff is very nice and try whatever they can to help. It’s just the hours that are terrible. Some of us have jobs and classes to where we can’t get our mail until later in the day. Also, I had a package today trying to deliver but it was only half an hour after closing time. Then it turns out that it’s closed for the entire week? This package has been out there for over 2 months and usps was clearly confused when transporting it, then when they finally get to the right place, the ups store is closed? When they attempt to deliver again and still can’t get access to the ups store then I’ll never get it. The money I spent on a mailbox here isn’t worth it. Don’t get a mailbox at this ups store! If you don’t want to experience the same thing, then just get a P.O. Box at the local post office.

They are so great! Have always been helpful and kind, but especially today when I came in needing several reports printed asap. I couldn't believe they got it done so fast!
