I am a regular at this UPS store simply because the service is so wonderful and love the staff. The owners Renee and Susan put their heart and soul into their job. One of my favorite employees is Aliyah also. I often see clients give the staff a difficult time over Amazon returns and people just aren’t patient, don’t read the rules, and have no understanding of how Amazon handles returns. They are easy if you just follow the instructions. These ladies and gentlemen all work so hard to please. We have loved being regular customers and I have never had a bad experience. People don’t always like the corporate rules in place but these ladies here at this location work above and beyond to try to help if it’s at all in their ability. They bend over backwards ! Thank you for great service and always smiling!!!!

My go to for all of my shipping,Amazon returns, prints, notaries everything one stop shopping. Renee is a doll. I love going in there. She’s so friendly and nice as all of her employees are as well.

The young guy was super helpful and nice and carried 5large heavy boxes in for me. The ladies were rude and clearly do not like Amazon returns. They had problems with each box I brought in and told me I needed to print new labels - of course at a cost. They are trying any way to charge you extra money on a free Amazon return. Will not be going back to this location anymore.

This location tried to sell me a roll of tape for $7 because I needed 2 pieces for 2 boxes that were already packed up and ready to go (just needed to be sealed). Left and went down the street to the next UPS Store location and not only did they happily put tape on my boxes (no charge), but they complimented how organized my separate returns were. Save yourself a trip and just go to a different location.

I always receive great customer service. Every team member I have had the pleasure of working with has been kind, efficient, and always helpful. It’s also incredibly nice they remember me and my name, it’s something you don’t typically encounter these days and I truly appreciate it.

Stopped by to do a couple of Amazon returns and had an excellent experience—Bianca was super helpful and kind! Even though it was busy, she took the time to assist me and was very patient while I had trouble pulling up the QR code due to issues with my Amazon account. Truly amazing customer service!

I've had nothing but great experiences at this UPS Store, and a big part of that is thanks to Bianca! She’s always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Every time I come in with questions about shipping or packaging, she takes the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I’m getting the best option for what I need. She always makes the process stress-free and I never feel like I'm being rushed.
