This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had at a UPS Store. The staff here were not only rude, but downright ugly in how they treated us. Instead of offering help, they made us feel like an inconvenience.
What’s even more concerning is the lack of professionalism and security. On the computer at the counter, I could clearly see personal identifiable information (PII) from other customers just sitting there on the screen. That is completely unacceptable and a huge privacy risk. If the computer is not meant for customer access, it should be locked or secured — leaving sensitive data exposed is reckless and unsafe.
Between the unprofessional staff and the blatant disregard for protecting customer information, I will not be returning to this location. UPS should be embarrassed to have a store operating this wa

I had the best experience at this UPS Store! I was in a stressful spot, moving to another state last minute, and they completely saved the day. The store was about to close, but Darian still welcomed me in, found me a box, helped pack everything, and even got me the best shipping rates. She was funny, kind, and had such a great attitude—it truly made the whole process stress-free.
The rest of the staff was also amazing! A gentleman and another woman helped with my notary needs and assisted with my boxes. Everyone was so friendly, professional, and willing to help. This whole team went above and beyond, and I left feeling extremely satisfied and grateful. Thank you all for making a chaotic moving day so easy!
