Very unhelpful people working here. Came in to complete fingerprints for a job which is a very important and time sensitive manner and the employee did not want to even attempt to scan my QR code to help me. Had to drive 20 minutes to another location where I was gladly assisted.

As a customer who regularly visits this store. All the employees are great. Ellie especially helps me all the time in the mornings if its either with a package or any problems I come across.

It feels like every time I come to this store I annoy the employees. They sit/stand at their stations and keep doing whatever the heck they are doing on computers for a minute or longer before they even acknowledge that there is a customer waiting. Especially the tall dude with a beard. I don't know if he is the owner and that is why he is deaf or blind to see or hear customers. I have asked him a dozen of questions which were completely ignored as if he is deaf/ignorant. Perhaps he hates this job, in which case he should find a different, non-customer-facing position. I would NOT keep an employee like that in a customer-facing role (or any role TBH).
WHAT THE HELL with asking what is in the package? No other UPS Store location does that. You can ask me if there is anything prohibited from shipping - just like the UPS automated scanner does. DO NOT ASK WHAT IS IN THE PACKAGE AS I AM NOT REQUIRED TO DISCLOSE IT!

I just looked up their hours to see when they closed and rushed over so I could drop off a package after getting off work. I was met with they closed at 6:30 and on Google. It says they close at 7 PM.
