Too expensive and a rep called me to ask more details but everything she asked was already on my request. She checks and goes "oh it is on there already". Like did you not read it and just called me, ooooor?....

Driver use to work with us on delivery.It is a storage facility, so communication is key.New drivers don't care.No support from UPS terminal.Had to rent a u-haul and get my delivery.No compensation or apologies from UPS.Go Big Brown
