This location is great! Lisa L. knows what customer service is all about. She really goes out of her way for her customers, to make sure every customer is HAPPY when they leave. She listens, every customer has their own expectations on how they want their clothes dry cleaned or washed, what type of starch, etc.. On 2/27/23- my pleaded skirt was damaged during the dry cleaning service. USAVE CLEANERS on NW Military-tagged it as, "Received in Damaged Condition", yet the fee for dry cleaning service was charged. The skirt was taken back to the cleaners-never did received a phone call from a manager/owner. When my husband and I-went to pick up the skirt or get an explanation, we were told by an employee-the "manager" had given instructions over the phone to let us know basically the cleaners was not responsible for the damaged skirt but they only thing they can do is to refunded us the fee for dry cleaning the skirt. Funny, why charged a fee for dry cleaning an already "damaged" skirt!!!! Needless to say, we will never use USAVE CLEANERS again nor will recommended to anybody!!!!!Service: Clothes pressing

They lost one of my favorite shirts and they have been giving me the run-around for 3 months. Also, among the shirts that weren't lost in that order there were odd stains on the shirts that were not on them when I took them in. Finally, the clerk was telling myself and another customer who was trying to retrieve lost items that they have been trying to call their manager but they won't respond. I've been using this service for many years but ever since Covid their service has gone downhill. They have decreased their hours so that it is difficult to pick-up/drop-off around my work hours. I will not be using them any longer.

Closed for non payment with clothes still inside from lying customers AND No way to contact these people and they have basically my husbands entire wardrobe. What a mess. Never go here.

I got a recommendation for the place due to their cheap price, but not for nothing is the price, the shirts I brought for dry cleaning came back with the stains before and the ironing was at a low level, even after I missed them the shirts for recleaning the stains remained, Hopefully they will get better in the future because it should not happen, the rest of the dry cleaning I was in the past the cleaning was perfect.

I understand businesses are struggling due to COVID. The cleaners has posted signs open from 7am to 7pm. However I have been multiple times at 8am to pickup my clothes and the store has not be open. Today I want by at 6:30pm, there was an employee in the store with the door locked. He would not let me in to pick up my already paid for dry cleaning. Totally unacceptable.

They show on their big window in by 9, pick up at 5. Well that is false advertising, dropped my clothes at 8:40am, Friday and they will be done on Monday, how is that same day service. I will not go back there again after years of cleaning and the drive to get there.

Horrible job. Took my winter coat and sweaters there not clean at all and lost my expensive belt on my coat. One of my jacket inside was blue it’s should be white. Never take your clothes there!!!

On Nov 5 i took 10 pair of suit pants to the cleaners. On Nov 9, i went to pick them and they could not find them. Then the clerk told me that i picked them up already. LIE...I still have my ticket. So the journey begins. I called to speak to the owner, Raul. After numerous attempts, he finally took my call and told me that he in no way could afford to reimburse me for the lost clothes. He proceeded to tell me that the pandemic has made his business suffer -not my problem. Then he told me that that he was not even paying himself, - not my problem.
What is Raul's problem is that he owes me for 10 pair of pants and i will pursue this as long as i have energy. He told me he was going to call his insurance company but its been 2 weeks and I have not heard back from him. Furthermore, he is ignoring my calls after numerous messages left. I have hired an attorney and have placed a call already with Trouble shooters. This will get resolved. In the meantime, if you can find another cleaners, do so. This cleaners has not guarantee for the return of your clothes.

I have been using this cleaners for several years. I have never had any of my clothes damaged. Always nicely separated and pressed. Very reasonably priced. Respectful, efficient employees. Always offer assistance tocarry to my car, when I have numerous items.
