This place is awful.
The staff are awful I would give them zero stars if i could.
I called several times no answer.
When they do answer and I made a report because they put a hold on my box for no reason.
The mail carrier is rude and put a hold on my box because he’s lazy and doesn’t want to do his job.
They told me several times they would call me back never did.
I made a report and they did not care.
They sent my mail back to there location without confirming it with me.
I told them I was at the location and they said they lift the hold but i still didn’t get my mail.
This office did not do anything and never responded back when they said they would.
No wonder their rating is low bad service and careless staff.

On May 26th, Mailed out a birthday care package to Michigan. After tracking the status of delivery on Tuesday, June 3rd, the package shows it being still in San Antonio. What has happened to our U.S. Postal service? Have their drivers been deported? Visited the post office and they couldn't figure the problem.

It seems that the mailman often delivers packages to the wrong addresses, which can be quite frustrating for both the senders and the recipients. This issue can arise from a variety of factors, such as unclear or similar street names, incorrect labeling on the packages, or simply human error during the delivery process.
When packages end up at the wrong location, it can lead to delays, confusion, and sometimes the loss of valuable items. It can also create unnecessary stress for individuals waiting for important deliveries, as they may have to spend time trying to track down their missing packages or communicate with the postal service to resolve the issue.
Finding a solution to improve the accuracy of package deliveries is essential to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure that everyone receives their items in a timely manner. This could involve better training for delivery personnel, clearer labeling systems, or even technology solutions like GPS tracking to help ensure that parcels reach their intended destinations more reliably.

I would like to sincerely thank George for his outstanding assistance and professionalism. Due to an oversight on my part, I failed to confirm my passport appointment, and George went out of his way to help me regardless. His warm smile, calm demeanor, and willingness to assist turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. I am deeply grateful for his kindness and support. Thank you, George—you truly made a difference

The mail carrier on my route 515 Dawson street is rude as heck, doesn't deliver my mail to my address, half my mail gets delivered somewhere else. When I try to file a complaint with the post office or try to call them, I can never get a live person....they never answer their phones. This is horrible customer service!

I have no problem with FedEx, UPS, or Amazon, but with this Post Office, my mail nor my packages are delivered. It states there is a Dog interference and I have my Dogs inside and there lil Dogs and they don't attack. My neighbor's have Dogs but there is a laminated sign on my fence asking all deliveries be placed over my fence, away from the neighbors home. Specific instructions that if the Postman would take the time to read would deliver my mail and packages. There are only a few good Postman in this neighborhood and I don't know where there delivering now but I sure would like them to return. It's ridiculous that I have to go to the post office to pick up my mail when I have a perfectly good place for them to be delivered here at my home. I'm in unit 1, and it's separated from unit 2, by a fence. The Dogs do not jump the fence or come to my yard and my Dogs are inside. Please retrain your mail people to follow instructions and deliver the mail correctly.

Passport service was quick and easy with Andrew! I showed up 20 minutes early and was out of there 10 minutes before my appointment was even supposed to start.

This post office is terrible. I don’t expect much. You could at least do your job. It’s the only reason you were hired after all of this. Don’t expect much from them. They are all lazy and project this incompetent attitude as if you are dumb and are there for any other reason. Literally, they will try to make it about anything other than doing their job. Be ready. They suck and I will never work for the post office now. I feel so bad for people but these people asked for this position and they are lazy and incompetent. Not me.

So the people from this office decided to call me Thursday at 6:51 p.m. to cancel my appointment for my passport that was scheduled for tomorrow, Friday at noon, since TWO WEEKS ago, because there was no slots earlier than that. They only said that they are "canceling the appointments for the rest of the week"... What week? There is only one day! I'm so upset! Because I am traveling in EIGHT WEEKS! I cannot miss a day for this! THE REVIEWS GAVE ME A HEADS UP THAT'S THIS COULD HAPPEN, AND IT WASN'T A LIE. ?? Zero stars if I could! PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!

Terrible customer service. Rude! If they worked in the private sector, they'll be fired.
