Worst post office in town. Of my 7 visits over the past year, I have only had one kind and friendly reception and experience. Typically I’m met with rude unfriendly service. My recommendation, use any other post office.

They make getting a passport quick and fast! No need to buy money order or use a check if you use a debit card! They have made it extremely easy and simple! Thank you!

Mail carrier is female, loves talking on her phone, eats lunch in our AC community room, probably naps but won't deliver pkgs to our door. At this senior facility not many drive! So for undelivered pkgs I have to catch a bus to get there and back. The walk from the bus stop n from USPS is about 3/4 of a mile. NOT AN EASY COMMUTE.

Mailperson flipped my inbox tag to “vacant” although the mail forwarding request was not supposed to start until a month later. This caused very important and priority mail I had paid to be sent to be returned to the original sender, causing me to have to pay for shipping again.

Only 2 Handicap parking, no auto door buttons. You have to open the door by yourself. Hard to do if you are in a scooter. I won't be going to that Post office again.

Very rude employees , we had our appointment set at 130pm for passports , they told us last minute upon arrival that all appointments were canceled after waiting a whole hour when they told us someone could help us .

Waited all day for a package out for delivery. Saw the mailperson but he only delivered half the block on S. Smith St got back in the truck and thought maybe he is going to deliver to us On Guadalupe St. but nope got online and at 4:54 pm got rescheduled for Next delivery day?????? Ok so now it says the guy tried to deliver my package that is a lie. This is the second time this has happened. I even have talked to a Supervisor but this is the New USPS she said. They only work for the check now.

Don't schedule for your passports here. If they cancel, they provide you 0 notice. Came in for a scheduled appointment and they had a notice printed saying they weren't doing any passport applications that day. Asked the front desk guy and all he could tell me was that "multiple people had called out" and would not do anything to help me reschedule or work through the issue in any way, didn't seem to care at all. Already had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment here to be available, and drove an hour round trip for nothing because of their incompetence.

Customer service from Andrew was rude, he didn’t want to be at work, or was unmotivated to do his job. I was unaware I needed my passport application printed for my apoontment. Remind you, I have waited months for this appointment, I asked him if I can get squeezed in if I go print it off and come right back he said we’ll see because he has appointments so I came right back. Another gentleman went to the back and spoke to him, Andrew told him if I come back around 2:30 they will help me. I left work to come all the way back. I spoke to them and they said wait in line. 20min. In line still waiting a lady offered me to go ahead of her bc I was waiting for so long he finallly called me up just to tell me he can’t do it because the system shuts down at 2pm. I have waited so much time and left fork for the run around. This is an inconvenience, Andrew and the crew should get trained more properly. , and communication needs to be straightened outOnce I seen this post office is only a 2.7star I was less surprised about my experience but no one deserves this.
