I’ve consistently had a very good experience here, and have found the employees to be courteous and professional. Once there was a snafu with an overseas package not being delivered to me due to an incorrectly written address. Instead of sending the package back to the sender, the workers at this USPS location quickly tracked down my package and delivered it to me later that same day. I really appreciated that. On another occasion, they took care in hand processing my wedding invitations, all of which ended up being delivered without issue. Thanks USPS! :)

I just wanted to give recognition and a HUGE thank you to Jose Castillo. I was missing a package and he did some investigating and my package was found in an Amazon locker instead of the USPS parcel locker. I’m very grateful. I’m a single mother and the package was for crafting I do on the side to make a little extra money for my kids and I. I can not say thank you enough. He made my day!

They used to have three mailboxes for drop off. Now they have one. It’s always full and you have to jam your mail in. US Postal Service has been going downhill for years, but the Management that’s going on right now is getting worse and worse every day.

I do not recommend this post office if you have fragile items. They have broken 2 of my items. Use Vance Jackson PO if you have fragile items. I've seen how
Mccullough PO handle packages and it's not with
care.

About as bad as you can get for customer service and function. Unfriendly staff overall, not helpful.
They won't even print a prepaid USPS label for you.
Update: I came back with a label and they won't lend tape to apply the label and mail it out.
You have to pay 1.79 for tape strips on the wall.
I'll drive further next time to go to a different branch entirely.

Post offices get too much slack about customer service. Guys, this isn't a 5 star restaurant, it's a post office. Chill.
Overall, clean and well stocked. Gentleman working the front desk was very friendly!
Tip, bring your own tape, I've been shipping through USPS for over a decade, they've never offered tape and never will, they don't need to. Go to Walmart and buy a $0.50 tape.

I just got this box and I'm also very upset. I have never known of the 54 years of my life. That a Post Office is closed after hours. What is the point of having APO box when people work odd hours? That is very inconvenient when you buy the box. That should at least be shared with, so we could see and find other options. So now I have to wait 46 months because i'm not gonna spend ninety thousand dollars for nothing
