This post office isn't the closest to my house, but I come here because the service is always good. Even when the staff is super busy (like today), they're very helpful & I appreciate them for that.

I’ve had packages delivered to my home before same address. Now they saying that I have be verified about my address and when I call all I get is the 1-800 number instead of the post office itself. Makes no sense when I have put the building and number of my apartment on each package and never had this problem til now. And now I have no clue where my package is.

Myself and three other customers showed up and the doors were locked and lights off. Apparently this location tends to close early. That is completely fine but maybe you should adjust your hours of operation. Do better USPS Clark location.

Idiots got my package in the wrong location due to not reading the zip code correctly, and instead of holding my package for a day and/or send it the correct post office, some dumbass decide to return it to sender

They were closed due to technical issues it's only 3pm and it's hard for me to get here. I can understand but they should at least be able to give people their mail which is all I wanted....

Young man that works here is the best. He is quick, friendly, and courteous. He welcomes everyone as they walk in. I appreciate how he takes extra time with the elderly and those that look like they are struggling.
This location is super busy and understaffed but the people working there always make my day. I wish this was my assigned post office because the one I’m assigned (hackberry) sucks. Hackberry won’t even acknowledge my existence. And even though they aren’t my assigned post office they are always willing to help me.

They say on the app it is open but I went today after they sent me a paper saying I could pick up my package today and I went and there door was open but no staff assisted us and there was a worker who ignored and there was a paper saying it was closed so then why give me a date to come in and not be open

This is about the 5th time these people deliver my package to the wrong address!
Get better workers. They need to pay attention to detail!
Now I’m trying to track down my package AGAIN!!

I had meds delivered from cvs got alert meds were delivered in mailbox which wasn't there! And 2 were controlled substances??? Why not get a signature??? They were stolen or not delivered! Now I'm waiting to try to get help for meds I have paid for! Going to call fbi if not handled!

Don't use them for shipping cremated remains. They just drop it in the median 150' from the house. Yes, I'm rural but not THAT rural. Their truck could have easily made it, but the driver didn't care enough to try. $298 to ship two urns from NJ and was marked IAW their regs. Terrible service.
