Worst post office in the southside... from yrs back this post office is no bueno. Service is slow employess are always lost in the air. They never know how to address any situation from the front to the back. I wonder if they been under same mangenet that there is no change.

In the office everyone is very friendly,But those who deliver the mail lose the shipments and leave the letters in the wrong address. Now I understand why my neighbors know how much I pay on my bills. I haven't received anything for a month now. It's unimaginable to know that we are in tax season and that my mail in other houses they don't even have to come and steal information from the mailbox anymore, the mail deliverers just make it easy ????,

This young guy helped me today when I went in I didnt catch his name but he had glasses short hair and black polish. There was a guy was a wait in line but as I waited I heard him greeting customers in a very polite manner and he even helped the people physically when they didn’t know what to do. I also only waited like 5 mins in line he was pretty fast.

This post office is the worst of the worst it seem that the only thing that is lost is my packages especially my husbands medication we go thru this every time we get our mail order medications this is the fourth time I will have to go over there and see what happen to my package I reported them but nothing gets done also the person that get the packages that don’t belong to them and don’t return it, they probably think it’s pain medication but it’s maintenance medication . This post office have incompetent workers they suck !!!! I hope there packages get lost to so they know how it feels .

This is the worst post office. Constantly losing packages. Mail carriers put mail in the wrong boxes. The black lady who has been doing mail recently is so rude , has an attitude and drives EXTREMLY fast and wreckeless. She almost hit us today. Can I have a customer service contact me in regards to this unprofessional behavior

Guys are nice, that's why I gave 1 star. These carriers lose and misdeliver mail regularly. They also have never been able to find my package when I show up. Each time, the staff is confused and has lost the package. Once they insisted the package was not in the post office even though it was under their nose. Today, I had to find it for them. They had the package right at the front desk. I have never seen a post office, so confused about where their own packages are and what addresses they served. Please please please do better.

I did a change of address request today and had to pay $1.10 which USPS took from my card.Then I received an email from USPS that states I must go in person to verify my identity.This really makes me mad.

I mailed a pkg from this post office and it still has not been delivered. I went to the post office for assistance and all they could tell me was that it was scanned and left their facility. They said they qere having issues with their computers to assist me further, how convenient that they were having pc issues. They just told me to wait or go online to track the pkg as there were no other scans after it was picked up at the post office. The post office where the pkg was to be delivered has called me multiple times trying to assist me the best they can but they say the post office here where I shipped the pkg from should be the ones assisting me with tracking the pkg but they will not assist me. I feel that since it was insured it was not scanned and was conveniently lost.
