The employees here are very patient and helpful. It's hard to deal with the public and people tend to complain if you don't do what they want you do. Overall they provide an awesome service. I go all the time to ship from eBay. I know that people that complain never tell the full story. Anyways, the staff here has always done what they're supposed to and always with a smile. Thank you! I appreciate you.

I went to this post office to return a package but when I got to the counter the lady said I needed to tape it up understandable all I needed was maybe two pieces of tape maybe and all three employees in the front could not provide me with two pieces of tape instead they all gave me store options to go to. But then, when they're going to put a label on the package, they use tape didn't make any sense whatsoever. I understand why a lot of people don't like this post office, but they don't have a choice because this is the closest one to them very unsatisfied over tape. Really, that is crazy. And at that two pieces of tape, just a tape up the package outrageous

The parking entrance is confusing. The only entrance is through the tire shop entrance next door. Google maps sent me to Clutter St which is not an entrance. It’s an exit only so I had to turn back. No line so service was quick. I can see why…lol

Usually a good place, but now they're locking the doors for the hour self service is supposed to be open. I'm supposed to be able to drop stamped mail off to be picked up at 5pm, and have to come back for a separate trip, delaying my legitimate business shipping it's orders by a day.

I asked abt the torn American flag there before I went out of town on Dec 21st of '24...over a month later, and in spite of former President Carter's funeral and the flag flying at half mast, the flag STILL HAS NOT BEEN REPLACED!

Super upset!!! I was trying to send my son a care package as he is in basic training. I took my box open so I could ask post office staff if the items i was sending were OK. I ask older man if items in the box are OK to ship to a military base in states. He is upset that my box is not closed. I told him it's open so you can confirm everything is OK to send (asking because i have a phone charger for my son because there are not enough outlets to charge his phone). He says yes, go to back off the line, and close your box as we do NOT close them for you. I get back in line with my closed box and get younger gentlemen this time. He asks what is in the box. I tell it's shower gel, shampoo, deodorant, rosary, and battery charger for my son. He tells me I can't ship battery in box. It needs to be taken out and put in another box separately. I told him that the other gentlemen (who just left to lunch when it was my turn) said everything was OK. He went to ask that same man and he also told him, I need to open box and take out the battery. This was the whole reason I didn't close the box so I didn't have to reopen. Upset because now my son items are going to be delayed another day

Literally THE most pleasant experience I've ever had at a post office. The ladies that helped me were awesome. Even though I moved to a different zip, I'll be coming back here anyway.

I just left the post office on Flores St. I went in and was the only person waiting. I waited and waited and could hear the front desk person on the phone in the back. It was obviously a personal call as she was asking the person to meet her close to Hwy 37. I waited for a few minutes as the line grew and she still didn’t come out. I said hello and she replied she would be there in a minute. When she came up you could tell she was annoyed and she made it known. She asked what was in my box and I said books and then I corrected myself and said notebooks. She let me know there is a big difference between hardcover books and notebooks. I don’t know what the big deal was, but it was enough to annoy her. I just mailed the package and left. The postal workers name was Diana.

I went in person to pay for a PO BOX I have at another post office. They said I must make payment at the actual location. Inconvenient . The parking lot is ridden with potholes. Only entrance is shared with the tire shop. They have the original entrance permanently closed off with cement stoppers. In the facility its filthy walls and floors.

The women that assisted me with thick, zebra striped, blonde highlights was rude and smart-alecky. She had an attitude when I just asked a simple question. I did not appreciate the way she spoke to me nor her attitude. She needs to learn some proper customer service.
