They usually have 2 people working there, can get very busy so i go a different time like after lunch and not at opening. The staff that work there are very nice and helpful. They are doing their best with the limited staff they have. Yes, they could hire more but with all the budget cuts, this happens. The staff provide great service and are really fast with what they do.

I'd like to give a huge shout-out to Mr.Basaldua for looking into a situation we were having with our mail. Told him about what was going on with our mail and how frustrated we were. He apologized and he said he'd looked into it. A couple of hours later he calls me and assured me the matter had been taken care of. Relieved! Thank you USPS for hiring such a fine employee with great work ethics, professional and believes in providing us with great customer service!👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 God bless

This postal office is by far the worst one in San Antonio. Of course it would be it is the in the west side. Besides being trashy and unprofessional the staff is rude. The supervisor Martha is rude and very unprofessional . I had mail mis placed in the past where the mail carrier has place my mail in other residences mail box. This Saturday my mail was misplaced again and according to these people the notifications I get of when I receive mail is not accurate. A check was lost and it’s not a big deal to them.

07/03/2024 I was there at 1:55 Nick did not let me in because they were too busy. i had a package ready to ship i just had to pay. there was about 3 other people in line and he said they closed at 2 i dont know since when they close at 2. and it wasnt going to take link since i just had to pay. his name was Nick never seen him before and i go ofther to this post office.
tomorrow is july 4th and i dont think will be open this makes it even worse!
