It was December 18th, and I had someone send me my wallet and passport via the overnight express route to California. I am in California with a plane ticket to Mexico for Wednesday. The package was supposed to get here by the end of the day December 19th. That doesn’t happen, then it was supposed to get here December 20th, that doesn’t happen either. I’ve called the call center multiple times, and no one can help me. They at first lie and say they don’t have the distribution center number (where my package has been for the last 2 days), and after continuously calling, they give me the number. We sent someone down to the center to retrieve it and just send it FedEx, the guy at the center says ‘it’s already in the mixing pile, it SHOULD go on the plane to CA tonight’ , and it never does. My package has been skipped for overnight shipping by 3 days. If you want terrible shipping service, inept employees, and a guaranteed delayed package or stolen package, go with USPS. I missed my flight twice now. The best thing? They LOST my package. We are talking my wallet with my ID, my debit cards, my passport. They have ruined everything.

Their delivery drivers hate physical activity and will try to deliver to your apartment leasing office. My apartment doesn't allow packages in the office so these lazy usps workers need to learn to deliver to your door. I wish there was a number to call directly but these idiots know they suck at their jobs so they cant be called.

I work in a pharmacy and have to send medication through usps. I live right by the one on Vance Jackson and drop off after work. I usually show up 2-3 minutes before closing and have always been met with smiles and kindness by the employees. I haven’t seen anyone rude to the customers and I am there almost everyday close to closing time!!

Said delivery of my pkg was attempted by the carrier on delivery date,but that was not true,as I was outside as the carrier delivered my daily mail,but no pkg.I also did not request that they hold my mail.I had to pick up my mail on Monday,2 days later.

If I had the choice, I'd have a different office handle my mail. Typical post office with long lines, and the clerks just slowly moving around and taking as long as possible to help the next person in line. But the biggest problem is the carriers at this one don't deliver packages. They'll mark the tracking as "could not access location" (there's no fence, nothing preventing you from walking up the sidewalk, just drop it on the porch) or "animal interference" (whatever animal you saw wouldn't let you deliver the package, but it somehow allowed you to walk up and leave a not) but they never even attempted delivery. Half the time it's marked as "out for delivery" but it never leaves the Beacon Hill Office. I know this, because I've had to go to the post office after the package wasn't delivered, and somehow it was magically already there even though the carrier supposedly still had it in his truck because he hadn't returned yet. I've even had them mark my house as vacant and have all my packages returned to the shippers, costing me hundreds of dollars to have them shipped again. When I file a complaint, they just tell me it's an area they use to train carriers, like that excuses them costing me extra money when I'm already over-paying. Sometimes I swear USPS is trying to run itself out of business.

Can't get ahold of anyone from the post office just to ask a question and the tracking number I have is incorrect and in order to even talk to someone they ask for a valid tracking number. Just disappointing.

Called 3 times no answer, drivers not only held my package at the office when I didn't ask that but they also did not follow my explicitly written instructions to leave my package at my door

So I have a P. O. Box at this location, I arrived one evening a little after 8 pm to check my mail and the doors are locked. Why lock the doors when the employees say you can check your P.O. Box at any time whether the post office is open or not. I know there are two other locations in town ( Medical Dr & De Zavala) that leave the lobbies open even if the office is closed what’s the difference between those locations & this one. What an inconvenience to P. O. Box customers.

I sell stuff online, so I'm always mailing stuff. I gotta say, I go to a lot of post offices in & around SA and this one impressed me! I was in & out in less than 5 min (even though there was a line & I had multiple packages!) And the customer service was excellent! They were friendly. Wish the one by where I live was more like this one!

Disgusting. They have managed to lose the keys to my apartment complexes outgoing mail box, outgoing mail has not been picked up for over three weeks. At no time has anyone from this Post Office attempted to contact the property management company to get a new key. The customer service is rude and unhelpful. I have had my mailbox blocked where I could not access my mailbox, packages have not been properly delivered because a postal carrier could not find the proper code to the door. Postal Carrier was hostile, aggressive and threatening. A disgrace to the Postal Service. It's no wonder that the Postal Service is on the chopping block. Still not certain when I will have outgoing mail service if ever.

I used to go here daily to drop off my businesses packages and the staff was outstanding and was never an issue, now I dont know if they moved or got fired bit they hired people that don't know jack about their job and are rude, never help, and just overall terrible! They make you show an I.D just to get in your p.o. box and get your packages when you go there every single day or every other day. Than I lost my p.o. box because they never got around to tell me my bill was due, how am I supposed to know when I don't get a warning like before? Rude and terrible customer service

Post man cry that dogs attack them on their route, but then when i get aggressively taunted by a "stray" they have tagging along (whistling at it to come & follow). They tell me "not his dog" its a "stray" so not his problem. WTH? Obviously its not his dog, it looks malnourished, but the fact hes calling it makes him at fault for action to be taken. Also the dog is protecting him. Jillian has poor customer service trying to manipulate knowing her position as supervisor gives her power to abuse those who have genuine complaints and concerns . Oh but its a govt job so they could care less about worth ethics because there will be no repercussion just excuses. Oh yeah if you complain they hold your mail hostage!! lol what a joke
