They have lost 3 of my packages in a very short time period and I’ve receive 2 packages in my mailbox addressed to other people in my neighborhood. I can’t believe it’s possible to be this bad at the only thing you are expected to do.

I was in line today when I witnessed disturbing interaction of one of your employees with a customer. THe employee was condescending, rude and demeaning. He was brutally speaking to what I assume is a latina woman. He even explained to her her docs that will be submitted need to be original so they aren't FAKES...REALLY( WORD IT DIFFERENTLY). I think the employee (whom id describe as (bald/latino male) needs sensitivity training and training in general on how to communicate properly and professionally. I'm truly disappointed that a respectful government building would employ such a person.

Walk in passport - Mike was very helpful in getting my passport application processed. This isn't my usual location, but I've been here a few times and the staff are always personalable, patient, and kind to customers. Definitely has a homey feel.

This has got to be the most annoying post office in San Antonio. I’ve had bad experiences every single time I’ve had to visit this location. They open at 8:30am on Saturdays and they didn’t open the doors until 8:45. Don’t visit this location if you can go to another USPS. I asked why my mail was being returned and was told you’re not allowed to have two mailing addresses and wasn’t offered any further assistance or information.

HORRIBLE office!! I went there asking for my package from my apartment. The lady said she couldn’t give it to me because I didn’t have an orange slip (this is my first time getting a package there so I had no idea what that was) when she said do you have any legal documents? I told her no but I have emails. She told me no it has to be a legal document. I told her well I don’t have that… I asked her To explain to me, what orange slip was when she told me, I said I’ve never received that. My apartment complex has no idea about that. She just kept repeating herself, so I kept telling her nicely I don’t have any legal forms to show you just emails of proof that I live there she proceeded to throw her hands up in defense, to say “well I don’t know what to tell you, those are the rules” (I haven’t even yelled once at this lady) I told her I’m not mad (in a very calm voice) when I realize that the conversation was going nowhere I proceeded to get ready to leave. In the end of the conversation i stood my ground and I told her “you didn’t need to throw your hands up in defense I wasn’t even mad. *I walked away* and she proceeded to yell at me from across the room as I walked out the door “you didn’t need to throw that attitude either.” mind you I kept a calm voice the whole time because I don’t want anyone knowing my business around me so I talked very quietly. Was I a little frustrated? Maybe, but still no need to get mad over a little situation. And as someone who works in customer service I’m never rude even when I have to stand my ground! Sorry they work miserable jobs but they shouldn’t get mad when someone stands their ground and when THEYRE the ones throwing the attitude. All this and still haven’t found an “orange slip” anywhere (my complex has never even heard of that) and STILL no package! DO BETTER FIRE THAT LADY! She obviously doesn’t want to be there :)

I literally have had three packages lost by the post office or they are stealing them. They said to file a search on their website and that doesn't work either. I am soo furious. I did a PO box to avoid getting my mail stolen at my residence and it's the same at the post office. They are stealing!!!!

I came to change my address, the line wasn't long, and the person behind the counter was very helpful pointing out the areas I forgot to fill out. Thanks for the good experience.

This rating is not about the actual post office but rather our mail carrier. Honestly it’s almost never the same person delivering mail so I don’t know what the hell is going on. We’re subscribed to the Informed Digest, so we get daily emails showing what is supposed to be delivered each day. Well, today we’re supposed to have received three pieces of mail but only received one. This has become the norm pretty much all year and honestly going back much further. We have never received at least 4 greeting cards in the past year that contained money, according to the senders. I believe those cards were stolen by whoever was supposed to have delivered them on the days we should have received them. I do not trust any of the carriers who deliver our route.

Have a very incompetent postal delivery person and office have been waiting now for 3 months for them to start forwarding my mail from one apartment unit to another same complex but the postal person either can not read or does not understand the information to forward.

So I owe the United States Postal Service an apology because I thought they had lost my packages but it turns out someone else had them and was holding them for me. So I do apologize to the United States Postal Service.

Miss handle your packages, damaging them or losing them. Customer service is the worst. Worst USPS in SA I ever been too!

They stopped delivering mail to our mailboxes and requested us to start picking up from this location. It's about a 20 min drive, and every time I've gone, there is a line out the door with an hour + wait time. I haven't been able to pick up my mail in months.
