I mean how do you rate this lower than 1 star. The workers are rude and incompetent. A real emphasis on incompetent. Don’t care to help or assist. They just rush you and shoo you away. Can’t even handle a simple in-person identity verification for change of address.

Terrible. Even their customer service number you can call anytime of the day within their business hours and no one answers. I doubt they even have a phone plugged in.

Lazy mailman didn't deliver the mail or make an attempt to deliver the mail.

Getting mailbox keys is a continual run around here. You’ll get told 2-5 days, then when that time has passed, they’ll tell you it’s going to be 2-5 days. It’s absolutely frustrating, especially when it takes 45 minutes to get to this post office from where I live.

Out of boxes and labels. Wait times are horrendous. Incredibly inconvenient.

Lack of customer service and my packedge missing, funny how that doesn't happen with UPS. USPS should only deliver paper mail since they can't seem to figure out packedges.

They deliver packages if/when they want. They'll take the liberty and mark your package as "held at customer request" when you made no such request. One time I seen the mail truck ride right up to my box & say it was undeliverable, I flagged him down and asked him why it was "undeliverable" & he said bcuz there was a car parked in the driveway so he couldn't deliver it!???It was literally a show box.

I’ve never had a good experience here. I had my medication sent to my house, they tried to deliver one time. I rescheduled the delivery and they never delivered. This is one of several bad experiences here.

I’ve been blessed to only need to come here to pick up mail keys when I first moved nearby and to drop off packages. Never had an issue and the people manning the desk are always nice. There’s usually a line as they are clearly not properly staffed but the people here make it work and don’t take it out on the customers. I figure most people only leave a review when something goes wrong here, so I wanted to leave a review of my experiences so far

TOM, shouldn’t work here! This place deserves no stars to begin with, I came early for my passport as it states on site to arrive 15 minutes early. And first impression was disgusting, TOM came at me with an attitude, which I brushed off. He slapped his hand on the counter saying “11 o’clock” and I got up and said my name, he then disregarded my name and told the guy next to him if he had the papers for “11 o’clock”. I brushed it off, but then he was viewing my paperwork and tossed them at me, and was talking to be so rude! I felt so uncomfortable, he made me read the first line in my passport paperwork, and was yelling for me to read it out loud. I felt humiliated and he was belittling me, so I read it to him and he had the nerve to ask me to re-read it out loud again. I felt so embarrassed, I then told him I was unsure what he was trying to get at. And he still gave me attitude, was being completely disrespectful to me for NO REASON. In a condescending voice with agression, he told me to go to Walgreens for a photo, when in their site it says they do it there. I had more questions to ask for this is my first time, he walked away from me, until he came back with more aggression. I felt so uncomfortable that I have to WAIT MONTHS for a new appointment for my passport elsewhere!TOM HAS NO PEOPLE SKILL, AND SHOULD NOT WORK ANYWHERE!I am unsure why they tolerate this behavior when I see there are so many complaint in this person everywhere! This is horrible, and inhumane!!!He needs to learn to respect others, and be professional if NOT he should work at McDonald’s!!!

Your paper boys are involved in fraud. These guys give out master keys and have people steal mail all over apartments this side of SA.

I will give less than a 0 rating for this location if I am allowed to express my mind and dish out my ratings the way I deem fit. My package was sent from Zionville on 12/20/23 to arrive on 12/23/23. I received a tracking number that never worked throughout this process. Whenever I tried tracking my package on the USPS website, I would get the message that USPS had not updated the tracking number of my package on the system. I waited about I week and called USPS to report this, but was told the package was on the way. This morning, at about 11:44 am, I heard some noise on my front porch, and when I opened the door, I saw a package addressed to my house that was supposed to be my 67-ib package. This was merely a bathroom chair weighing less than 5 ib. I was in shock; I could not believe my eyes. I immediately called the USPS call center to report this. I was told the label may have fallen off and could have been placed on a different package. I was told to immediately take this package to the Leon Valley USPS, as they have the responsibility to track and investigate what went wrong. I did as I was told, but to my greatest dismay, the guy on black suit at the counter was so rude and did not show any empathy that someone lost a 67ib expensive package sent via USPS. He simply told me, "There is nothing I can do for you," "I don't know what went wrong with your package," and "I have no answers for you.". When I told him, I had already called the call center, and I was asked to visit this location for this to be investigated. He looked me in the eye and said he would do nothing about this. He gave me back the 5ib package, which obviously has another USPS address label on it and clearly looks like someone else's package. On my way out, I asked for his name. He said his name is Patrick. I requested his full name, and he told me, "The police will have to give you my full name.". I have never gotten this kind of ill treatment in any USPS office before, and to think that this is my first time visiting this USPS location and I get this treatment as a customer? I usually do not write reviews, but I had to take the time to write this because of how hurt I was. This is the first time I strongly nurtured the idea that someone like Patrick should be relieved of their jobs. I am sure that if he owned USPS, he wouldn't have treated his customers this way. I hope this review helps anyone who cares to know how this USPS location operates, and I hope nothing brings me here in the future.

I saw a lot of negative reviews for this location, but the staff here were nothing but kind, speedy, and efficient during the holiday season. Greeted with a smile, patient listeners with my questions, all and all a great team.

Honestly wish I can mark this place zero stars after the treatment I received this morning around 950am. Both Mario and Tom are incredibly rude. There’s a nicer and more professional way to talk to a customer about a policy instead of yelling across the room full of customers & then threatening to kick you out. I was addressing a couple envelopes & had my toddler with me sitting right next to me on the table that was against the window - shielding him in. He sat there quietly playing with my car keys & then on his knees playing with the cart of gift cards that I also made sure were all put back together. Tom in particular yelled “Ma’am! Ma’am with the baby!” And told me I need to either have my hand on him or have him standing on the floor. I was confused because I was watching him no matter what, and then both Mario and Tom were together yelling at me. Literally said if I don’t watch him that way I would have to leave. I got defensive & was also completely humiliated & embarrassed as this all took place in front of a room full of other customers patiently waited. I requested to speak to their supervisor to which I did & expressed how the whole situation made me felt & honestly felt as if the supervisor wasn’t really going to address it but did say there have been issues with them being rude like that to customers. If its an on going issue then address it. If you notice a pregnant mother struggling a bit, instead of yelling at her & embarrassing her - walk over & offer to help or call for someone in the back to help - its called customer service. Go elsewhere to deal with mailing your packages if you want decent customer service.
