If I could give them a 0 star review I would. Staff is mean and makes faces to the smallest inconvenient. Looks like they do not want to work there. I rather drive to another USPS than come here again.

Please increase staffing here. Wait times are so slow paired with the waiting area not having proper AC in the summer. Spent 25 mins standing in line AFTER they went to the back to investigate where my package was to then finally be asked for my number to call me with a status (I’m not actually expecting a call based on previous experiences)

I had an important package scanned as delivered, but it wasn't. I filed a report, and a lady called me saying she would call me the when the next day when they find it. How was it scanned as delivered but now it's lost? I never got the call. And all I got is an apology letter. Where is my package? Or give me back my money. I don't trust them anymore. That's not a good look for a postal office.

Just went to pick up mail and the lady at the front desk her name is Araceli and she was very very rude and unprofessional! She would not give me the mail for my household, she had an attitude with me for no reason and continued mocking me. This location is very unprofessional. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

This place did elderly abuse in every form I made 5 trips to get door delivery. I filled out the correct 1528 form. I was refused by clerk ( Claudia), she had been equally rude, uneducated in her job and refused my request to speak to a supervisor 3 times. Apparently she misinformed of what I need. When I finally complied, she and a substitute Hispanic supervisor absolutely refused to accept my application. They wanted doctor medical reports, which is illegal to ask for. My doctor filled out the necessary documentation. I finally went main post office requested to speak to Postmaster there. He was unavailable but a very nice manager helped me out. She said the form was correctly fill out. I’m working on filing a report to Consumer Affairs to get this approved. But there’s serious employee, misinformed on policies. disrespect and rudeness issues.

I recently had a great experience at the Live Oak Post Office on Landmark Dr. I was helped by Alacelia (spelling?) She helped my wife and I with our mailbox keys. I had left them hanging in my mailbox and she took it upon herself to ask the Postal Carrier that next day. Unfortunately I couldn’t find my keys. But she did take my phone # down and contacted me to let me know she had held my mail and I could come pick it up. She was very professional and courteous. She should be commended for her customer service. I’ve never had a problem with the Live Oak Post Office on Landmark Dr. I have lived here since 2007. Well done Live Oak Post Office.

While at this location a lady (Hispanic lady) came to the door and was rude from the start. When giving my USPS tracking number and information she looked like she didnt even want to help me. When she came back she told me where my package was at.
When asking for a statement on my package being delivered to wrong address. She flat out refused and said she can't help and there is nothing she can do. Hispanic lady you need to get laid and relieve some of that stress you have bunched up.

I will not be using postal service ever again I will be going paperless and use other means to send and receive packages we pay their wages and they lose our stuff never again last 4 months my monthly packages have been late and now they have no idea where this last package is how can that happen I mean are they incompetent
