I use the USPS Offices a couple times a week for my work. If you drop off parcels here- It literally takes two days to get scanned. Every single other post office is within a couple of hours. Mind you I dropped off a package Monday morning at 9 AM, It is now Tuesday at 10:00 AM- It still hasn’t been scanned, This is an ongoing issue and probably the third time it’s happened at this location. I have become very familiar with all the times and the last pick up times . Landmark & Perrin Beitel are super fast. This is the only location I constantly have issues with. I hope this helps someone.

Filled out a slip on Friday for them to hold my mail because I did not want a package I have been waiting for delivered to my leasing office. I wanted to come pick it up today (Monday) and when I get there they tell me the package is not there and they think it’s on the carriers truck and they did not see a holding slip for me. Filled out another one but I am needing the package by this weekend and today was my only day off. Super inconvenient. I asked for it to be held for a reason and I’ll be very pissed if I found out they lost it.

This 5 star review is not for the post office, it’s for Jose. Hang out in here for more than a couple of minutes & you’ll realize Jose is the man that everyone comes to when they don’t know something. Idk about the rest of this place but you can tell Jose is a work horse & a good dude. Love to buy you a beer sometime man!

They were supposed to pick up my packages and they marked them picked up (they did NOT pick them up) when I tried to call the manager back nobody picks up the phone, ever. I’ve called back a few times and still no answer. Do they have an operator? Nobody picks up the phone.

I just left the Henderson Pass post office. At 1:30 PM, a young blonde guy was so utterly rude to a customer, I was horrified. I didn’t catch his name, but I wish I did. I hope like hell he gets fired.

I scheduled two passport appointments three weeks in advance, was on the way and they cancelled because the one person they have that can do it decided to not show up. When I asked to reschedule they just told me to go to the website which—again—is booked a minimum three weeks out. When I explained we have a trip planned and need our renewals processed they recommended a different location that does walk-ins on a limited basis but then didn’t know the address? To top it all off I looked up that alternate location and the USPS website says they don’t offer passport services AT ALL
I’m all for supporting our local post office but they make it impossible when they, in turn, cannot support their own community.

Not apartment delivery friendly. They don’t put any effort to getting you your package.

Never answers their phone, do not give any help when looking for packages. They won’t deliver to my apartments because they refuse to try and go and get the key fob from the front office to get into the package lockers. I currently can’t find my package because the post office won’t answer nor will customer care provide any help.

We Worked with Ryan to get our passports renewed. He is a wealth of information and was extremely helpful with the entire process. We were completely finished in 20 minutes, with passport photos taken! In a job as stressful as customer service, he's a very positive face for your organization. Ryan Rocks!
