In a span of 22 years, of all the various Post Office locations I’ve been to in San Antonio, this one on Broadway 78209 stands out in customer service. Even when the customer line gets long the clerks, to be specific David and Marco, who I personally find excel in their service, are professional, efficient, always very polite and kind (a rare service quality to be found at the USPS customer locations), giving each customer -regardless of their ethnicity and/or language barrier- a respectful and professional assistance and treatment. Unquestionably my favorite location in this city.

I drive all the way over here even though I live near Timberwood Park because I've had so many issues with the Encino Ledge location either with frequent, insanely long lines or my packages not getting scanned in for days when I leave them in the drop. I run an online business, and the shipping turnaround times reflect on my reviews, so I stopped going to Encino Ledge and started coming here. I love this location and the staff. Everybody is pleasant and moves as quickly as possible while also maintaining a professional and polite attitude. All my packages have had smooth shipping times since I started coming here, so a huge thanks to the hard-working staff at this Broadway location.

This is the best, friendliest and most efficient post office that I have ever been to. I have to come in a few times a week and it's always a great experience.

Gentleman at the counter couldn’t find my package after days of being late and kept blaming others. People here never take accountability. More than likely postal worker tried to keep my package by saying it wouldn’t fit in my mailbox. What a coincidence the next day it was in my mailbox perfectly placed and fitted.

Mailman gave my packages away to either a random thief or himself and lied to me when I inquired about it. This is an extremely irresponsible place. It is a shame that such a low place exists today.

Postal carriers have repeatedly said there was an issue delivering my packages. Now a small package of quarter sized lithium ion batteries wasn’t delivered due to not having a secure location which is an absolute lie. It also said a notice was left and no notice was left. I needed those batteries today. Why Amazon prime still uses usps to ship anything is beyond me. They suck! Never have I had issues like this with other carriers. I live in a house with a mailbox and porch. What secure location Do you need?!?!?

I briefly dated the mailman assigned to my apartment complex. I'm not going to get into the rollercoaster of a month that was. I broke it off, he contacted my mom about a secret affair I think he actually thought was true, send photos of me and a male coworker hanging out at a lake without either of us knowing he was hiding nearby etc etc. Said he was going to put pictures of me on only fans. 9/9 of the last Amazon orders wouldn't fit in my completely empty mailbox, but he drives with it so I have to wait an extra day to pick up my own mail. 3 or 4 different supervisors know and have "handled it." USPS is allowing this to continue, and the stress of explaining all of this every time I go up there physically hurts. If this is going to be allowed to continue, Ill need to lawyer up, I just want my mail.

Despite the reviews this was the closest location so I took my shot. Not disappointed! Smooth processing line fairly fast and customer service was excellent. My experience was a positive one considering it was a Friday afternoon.

I took my son to drop off 4 packages. I needed a box for an item I needed to ship so I stopped and grabbed a box and when I reached for the tape, my son told me it was a ups label. I asked the clerk if it would be ok to use a usps box with a ups label and he said yes, they would except it but you need to buy the box. I told him I was going to buy the box. I then reached for free provided tape and he said, "well the tape is for our customers". I asked if ups would not take the box because it had usps tape and the clerk said no, they would except it but the tape is for usps customers. ... I told him I was buying the box and my son just dropped off 4 packages so I would be considered a customer. He then proceeded to tell me the tape is only for our customers.If I buy or drop off a product of usps, I am considered a customer. All this disgraceful behavior over some damn tape, completely blew my mind. I ended up leaving without buying the box because I couldn't use the free provided tape. The training at this location should be evaluated.
