Being new to Stone Oak, I was a little weary of going to Post Office due to the reviews. I decided to give it a try and I’m glad I did! The staff welcomed everyone who entered. They were nice, apologetic of the wait, and very professional.

Extremely inappropriate comments made by an older male employee to my girlfriend. This person who is at least 20 years older made comments about the clothes she was wearing and persistently asked to take her out unwarranted. Would avoid this place.

Just wanted to respond to this post because this is my regular post office that I go to all the time and EVERY interaction with this particular employee, Jennifer has been nothing but pleasant and supportive. She is efficient and always has me in and out! That day I happen to be in that line and it was actually the Customer who was being rude and acting like the rest of us in line had to wait for what she wanted even though she did not come prepared to send her package properly and when she was redirected to what she needed to do she was the one who was irritated and annoyed. Jennifer handled the situation with a smile.

The couriers always delivers my mail to the wrong mailbox. Now they’ve delivered a package worth more than $300 somewhere and it can’t be found with no resolutions. Important mail is at the mercy of whoever decides to read the label that day I guess!

Terrible. Came 5x to get a mailbox key. First two times were pointless they said they never processed my request even though I paid $25 for a new key. On the 5th time I came back they finally gave me a key and when I tried it it didn’t work.

Edited: This location is STILL terrible. Most of the time they have no idea what they are doing, and are incredibly rude. Even if you try to be nice to them, they are rude! They all have attitudes before you even make it to the counter. Believe the reviews, and avoid this location at all costs, it will cost you time.
Called days ago and the woman on the other end put me on hold for 30 minutes while she looked for my key. 30 minutes. She didn't comeback onto the phone to give me and update or anything. After the 30 minutes I gave up called back several times and no answer! Horrible service.

Outstanding customer service! I have been here many times. Whether it is passport service or sending a package, Surendran Gopalan at this location always gives outstanding service. He is quick, energetic, kind, professional, and patient with customers. 5 stars.
