Experienced a significant gap in customer service and professionalism at this location. My initial interaction with one clerk went beyond a refusal to help - it was marked by subtle hostility and active disengagement, turning an unhelpful interaction into an openly disrespectful one.
I was genuinely relieved to be assisted by Annabel, whose professionalism and clarity were a BLESSING Aafter an otherwise ugly experience.
The first clerk told Annabel she would fail a secret shopper test for protocol, yet the irony is that this clerk could have failed for customer care where Annabel excelled!! Secret Shoppers measure not only compliance but also the ability to inform, guide, and resolve for the customer.
This experience reflects a deeper disregard for some USPS workers value for customers and for USPS’s own standards of accountability and service principles. The first clerk refused to identify herself. Avoiding responsibility does not erase the issue, it reinforces the need for this type of feedback.

I would like to extend my deepest resentment for this location after the unbelievable nightmare that has taken place over a package of mine. In late June, I was supposed to have a package delivered to my doorstep, instead the mailman never knocked & instead left a slip in my mailbox that's nowhere near my apartment, to go pick up my package. I went to pick it up, informed them that the name on the package was a nickname, & was told I was not allowed to collect it. Even though in the past, I had been told on more than one occasion that it was fine, as long as I let them know. I then provided as much evidence as I could gather, proving that I was who I said I was, & I was handled very rudely by the staff member, & ultimately refused my package worth 500$. I was then told it would be sent back, which it wasn't, I had to go in on a separate day to complain about why it hadn't moved, & they refused to let me speak to the supervisor. And now because of the amazing service of this location & it's staff, I didn't receive my package in time for the extremely expensive event it was meant for to begin with. I truly hope I never have to deal with this location or it's staff ever again. It is extremely unprofessional that the fate of your package is left up to whichever employee you get at any given time.

This is the only post office that’s open later than 6p. I come here often it’s just ridiculously how this is government owned and there is always a computer issue here. As for the people who work here very polite and helpful but the location definitely deserves improvements.

Went to three USPS locations before finally getting the right one, only to be told I couldn’t ship my return without tape and had to buy a $4 roll. The cashier just watched and said, “It’s not our responsibility.” No help, no empathy. Really disappointing service.

Had a package set for pickup arrived to find out they had marked it for return to sender with no picture of package condition even though they had attempted delivery prior to arranging pickup

Women working was rude to other women customers and even threw a customers package. one of the customers made a joke and said, I hope she's nicer to you to which the post office worker replied to the customer and said, i'm matching your energy and was even more rude to that customer.
The post office worker sure was nice to all the men that came in though.

Stumbled upon this gem USPS while looking up USPS in the vicinity due to my occasional long and arduous work schedules.
Initially I was in doubt, thinking that there is no way a USPS is open until 22:00 or on both Saturdays and Sundays but I really needed to mail my shipment on time so I drove here to check it out. As I arrived, I realized that the rumors are true! They are not only open until 22:00 and are open on weekends as well.
I’d especially like to recommend Gregory, who was the friendly, efficient and accommodating USPS agent who helped me out. It is rare to see someone who is optimistic, efficient and happy when working this late. Bravo, Greg!
Because of the Greg, friendly and efficient staff members, plus the convenient opening hours including evening and weekends, I will definitely be coming back to this particular USPS in the future even if I had to drive much further. Keep up the amazing work, Greg and USPS SAT John Saunders!

PLEASE PUT AIRPORT IN THE NAME, GOOGLE MAPS. I’m not familiar with this area and had to go to USPS to drop of some packages, only to see A GIANT PLANE IN FRONT OF ME.
