My mail has been missing for 3 months now. I turned in a change of address in November 2023, they said they don't know what happened to it. So now all my tax papers, gift cards from Christmas, etc...is missing and they said there's nothing they can do about. We'll, I think they need to look at their employees, first, that's where this nightmare started....

I'm seeing a lot of bad reviews, and at majority of post offices. Everyone has different experiences, but mine personally when I went to ship my package, the staff were very friendly and easy to talk to. Also my package shipped fast and arrived ON TIME. No complications at all whatsoever, I will gladly leave a 5 star review, post offices don't get them enough.

Our weekend mail person will return your package to sender every single time because they’re too lazy to bring it to your door. You can’t call and tell anybody about this because the automated system is totally crazy. it has happened to me too many times. But obviously, these reviews fall on deaf ears because a 2.8 rating is horrible.

I have always had good experiences at the USPO at the airport here in San Antonio.Don't take it out on your clients because you have to work.Today, Xmas Eve, I went in to mail 2 packages. Upon entering I greeted the female sitting there. "Merry Christmas", I said. She responded with, "aha".As I was approaching the counter she asks, "do you need a receipt"? I tell her yes, I have to pay for them. I then asked how much for a signature, with a heavy sigh and rolling her eyes says, $4 (can't recall exact change). I tell her, you don't need to have an attitude. She raises her voice and says, I don't have an attitude. I responded, yes you do have an attitude. Now people begin to walk in and she raises her voice again and said something along the line of, you can leave....I remained quiet because I realized she was trying to cause a scene. Just wanted my packages mailed out.She skips the remaining entries on the keys pad that I'm suppose to answer and she hands me my receipt. None of us said a word.Marisa read her name tag. Feel sorry for her. What a sad day to want to be miserable.

The San Antonio Airport post office is the most incompetent post office I have ever experienced. The incompetence starts at the top and goes down from there. On Thursday, November 9th, I mailed a letter via priority mail from San Antonio, Texas to be delivered to an P.O. Box in Albuquerque, NM on Monday, on November 13th. I told the clerk that so long as it was delivered by the 15th, I would not have to pay a late penalty. Today, November 14th I tracked the letter to a USPS container in Charlotte, North Carolina because the San Antonio airport post office mislabeled the letter. I then spoke with the supervisor at the airport post office and he confirmed the letter is in NC, but stated that it was still in route and refused to refund my money for priority mail. The supervisor also refused to acknowledge that the letter was mislabeled. If mailing a letter from Texas to New Mexico requires sending/routing the letter to North Carolina, then I know why the USPS is not profitable! They literally stole my money for priority mail and refused to refund me!

Today I arrived at the post office at 9:56 I know it’s close to closing time. The door was locked and Andrea was very rude. Normally they are very kind. I had packages pre labeled. Just needed to drop them off & give her the manifest to scan. She yelled at me saying they have the right to close early. For me to use the drop box. I could definitely understand if I was there after 10:00pm. So very unprofessional and turning off the lights. I had my kids with me and we were trying to make it on time coming from the hospital. Bad customer service! Very disappointed ?

the lady who works closing came out yelling at me while i was just trying to package my things in the hallway. compassion goes a long way and she could have explained what she was worried about to me without yelling. she has a terrible attitude and i want her to know that she should treat people the way she wants to be treated because you never know what someone else is going through. and then she stormed off after and started throwing boxes in the back because she was mad instead of helping the long line of customers. the only reason i even go to this post office is because its the only one open late. the other man who rang me out is really nice though.

It seems as though there are not enough staff scheduled to work on Sundays. You’d think since they are the only post office open on Sunday, they would staff accordingly.

Very helpful staff and long hours! Appreciate having a location that is open at night for those of us who work during the day and normally can’t get to the Post Office during the week
