Lately most of my families' packages does not get delivered to our mailbox. Not getting our packaged delivered to our mailbox is a frequent problem. It's very painful waiting for an item you brought and never receiving it routinely. I sometimes dread going to the mailbox when an item was marked delivered wondering if it's in my mailbox. I value the postal workers serving my community. I want the postal workers serving my community to value giving their reasonable service of delivering people their mail and packages inside their mailbox.

I lost my package, I got a notification that it was delivered at my mail box and it never arrived. I tried to send a email and also, in case, I went to this Post Office and the stuff working there was not able to help me in anyway. The lady in charge of this issues, was mean, she ask me for the tracking number but she did not even look and she blame it on me saying that it has been too many days since I last checked so I need to go in the other line to check if my package is there, but of course it was not because if is not at my mail box either here. But she had no intention of helping the costumer, she was busy with her stuff in the computer. I was very frustrated.

Too bad I can't rate this a zero. I just want to talk to a representative to figure out which community mailbox is mine. There are no options for this and no options to get a rep. No wonder this only has 1.5 stars.

Literally the worst usps I’ve ever been to. Dirty and always a huge line with no one to help. You rarely even see anyone at the window to answer a question. Perfect example of prime government work ethic.

I was surprised to see a news story about wait times. We have become to acclimated to such speedy service we can't wait in a line for anything nowadays. When I come to this office, its usually because I'm sending out my ebay store packages, and I've never been in the building for more than 15 min. The people at the desk are always so courteous. The supplies are never torn up and thrown around on the wall. There is plenty of room to get to P.O boxes in the lobby away from the machines.

As everyone else has said, and I've also experienced: hour+ waits, nobody picks up the phone.Currently we're having an issue where I'm pretty sure the mailman is delivering to our box even though we don't have keys. I went to try to get my Change of Address letter so I could track my stuff on Thursday and was told I didn't have mail.

I've had nothing but positive experiences here. Yes, there's a wait. There's not a lot of USPS locations around here, unfortunately. But I mail packages quite often and I'm always met with a friendly clerk. Also, people: masks are still required here. In the 10 minutes I was here, the window clerks had to ask 4 people to go back and get a mask. Be courteous and follow the signs.

I won't take a picture of the line since there are already so many others. I will simply add to the long list of complaints about this place.A new process needs to be in place. I realize we have no choice but to stand in the line in order to get the service that we need. That DOES NOT mean the process does not need to be fixed simply because the people do not have a choice.A two hour wait is not acceptable. The elderly and disabled not having a place to sit is not acceptable. So many comments being ignored should not be business as usual.

2 hour line. Most people are routed to a second window. See photo. The person there gets the request and then leaves the window for 10 minutes. Everyone complained. I spoke with the station manager Cassandra. She said “that’s how we do it”. Unbelievable. Your government at work. Prior customers left some great suggestions on the sign. See photo.

If you are coming here to pick up a key or package prepare for a 2-3 hour wait. This post office has one person at their pick up window and it will take forever. If you are brave enough to wait the 2-3 hours be prepared to be a part time employee directing traffic when are at the end of the line or near the door. Unfortunately it is a necessary evil since you can't choose the post office you are assigned. Remember to bring an ID and bill with your new address to pick up your new mailbox key. Also if you are coming here to drop off mail go to the left when you walk in and prepare for a wait but not as long as pick up. I personally would pay the extra money to ship UPS or FedEx.

This is second time in a month that I have attempted to use the post office during regular business hours and they are closed..😕

The most consistently closed business I've ever been to. Can you call first to see if they're open? No, because they never answer the phone.

There’s a sign that says open with the hours inside the chevron but the clerk at the gas station register had to tell everyone waiting in line they’re closed. Had a lot of trouble finding this and I would like to see it removed from search results.

They're not nice at all here. They're racist and hate military personnel. There was an Indian couple in front of me, the woman treated them perfectly fine. When I get up to the counter she has a smart ass little attitude all because I asked her a simple question. Then tried to tell me it's "the law" to put a return address on the envelope. It's not "the law" just preferred. I was trying to send a surprise to a best friend. So I just went to a different usps office. No one deserves to be harassed or treated differently because I'm white..seriously..
