Fix the mailboxes fix the mailboxes. Why are you so damn slow I’m fixing a mailbox broken at an apartment complex? It’s been well over two months. Fix the mailboxes lazy people. If I could have my mail, never deliver through the USPS system I would Amazon is more efficient than you guys

This is hands down worst usps store in the san antonio area. Very poor management. Very poor staff. 15 calls deeps with no one picking up the phone for customer service. Had one of their carriers falsely delivered a package. I have a video proof of the carrier not showing up to my property when the package was supposedly delivered. They refuse to acknowledge this and keep siding with their carrier but cant prove my package was delivered to my apartment complex nor can they get a response from they're own carrier that they see every morning. This whole building needs to be wiped clean with a whole new staff
Update: 31 calls deeps still no answer. Only got two times were they actually picked up pretend not to hear and hung up.

This location locks the package drop slot on the weekends. Kinda defeats the purpose of having a 24 hour kiosk.

Deidra W refused me service 10 minutes before closing her words “ because of high tax season” very rude employee she also made a smart comment saying “ I don’t speak Spanish” when my mother was talking to me.

Someone left me a voicemail before the office was open saying that they’re canceling my passport appointment. No reason was given, just that they cancelled my appointment. Now they’re open and I’ve tried calling several times but no one answers.
