Go elsewhere, especially for passport appointments. The man at the front desk was not very kind nor helpful about what I needed for the appointment and was noticeably more rude towards me than he was towards the other customers for some reason. He wouldnāt even give me much of an opportunity to speak before telling me Iād need to rescheduled my appointment and then walking away. However, I was kind the entire interaction. I would hate to think he was being discriminatory towards me for whatever reason. Overall, this location is trashy and customer service is lacking. I definitely wonāt be back at this location for my next appointment.

By far the laziest mailman in the world, watched him skip my house because he didnāt want to walk to my mailbox. Now 4 packages are late or delayed. This place needs new employees.

HORRIBLE!!! Every package at this point has been lost, my usps tracking shows it out for delivery in the morning email then conveniently my mail box is empty, and yes I check it in the afternoon after I see the mailman there. Iāll get loads of junk mail though, the favorite lost is eBay, I have got nothing for months now. Donāt use usps in this area if you value your hard earned and spent money theyāll āloseā it, I think Iām gunna go to the news with this, got plenty of evidence at this point.

Was going in due to having appt for a passport the employee that assist me was rude very bad customer service mentioned I needed fotocopies for certain documents and told me to reschedule went to the appointment before the time scheduled went to go get fotocopies took about 5 minutes to get them and still went back by the time the appt was actually scheduled and told me I had to reschedule even though it was there by my appt time.

We were giveing a passports to the ofice and they said to come back tomorrow and then the doors were locked for 1 hour and then they never fixed my issue and they damaged my packaging and they was only 1 employee in the cashier and the line was 20 people long and the A/C is super cold and the place looks unbelievable bad.

Very bad. Never get my packages. No one answers the phone when you call them and Iāve had problems with my packages ever since I moved to this side of town. If I could I wouldnāt even give them 1 star.

DO NOT COME! I used to come here over the years and never had a problem. However, when I recently had to renew my passport, they kept giving me the wrong information. Once I had all the stuff ready, the lady in charge told me to bring a copy of everything 10 minutes before my appointment.. I asked if I could come back immediately, but she told me I would have to reschedule an appointment. I rushed and did everything on time before the appointment, and she asked me to wait. I was never acknowledged, and no guest showed up during my appointment time. I was just waiting for 15 minutes, and then a rush happened. She finally took me in after 45 MINUTES!!. After a few weeks of waiting for my passport, it showed up, BUT THEY DAMAGED the passport that I PAID for when I was super excited to see a brand new one. Very sad to see that they don't care for people's stuff, especially to just entirely ruin something worth almost $200. Save your money, and please wait at another postal service.

I went here for a scheduled passport appointment for my father with all of his documents and then was told I also needed a copy of the back of my drivers license- even though all Texas Drivers licenses say the same thing! Then I asked if this is something they could assist with and was told āMaking copies is not a service they provide.ā
I explained I have gotten passports in the past and was never asked to provide copies of my license- then the attendant advised they must have broken the rules!
He then proceeded to let me know I could go to HEB to make copies but needed to be back within 12 minutes or else he would not have time to complete the process, even though it was only 1:50! I was able to rush to HEB where the kind attendant made me a copy for FREE and then run back to complete the appointment.
Needless to say it was a terrible experience, that could have been prevented could the post office utilize the copy machine.

Absolutely the WORST postal office ever. I guess they close an hour before their schedule says because I came at 4pm and there was already nobody around with the doors locked! Last time I was here lady took about 30 minutes trying to tell me I didnāt have the correct label?
