This person just argues and discusses with all the customers in all the reviews so the custuners are all wrong and only owners are right mm suspicious...
They always look for a way to answer nonsense, argue and ignorantly deny all the complaints and suggestions of customers in the comments. Perhaps providing better service and legitimately caring about what people think would perhaps be smarter and easier. ..

I chose to come to this business, because I needed a little bit of extra help, and this place had so many glowing reviews. Dusty was incredibly helpful, patient and very kind. This was honestly the best experience I've ever had in a postal service company. It's very far from where I live but I plan to come back if I am ever mailing anything important from now on. Ms Dorothy was the sweetest little lady I've encountered since being in this area. She helped me promptly and was very informative of the prices, time of shipping arrival and about the services offered. If you're in the area and need something shipped come here. They ship through multiple carriers so that's a plus. It was a pleasure meeting you Ms Dorothy.

BEST mailing facility out there!! My husband was in Army Basic training, so I was sending him letters and weekly packages. Dusty is so friendly and helpful!! Always a pleasant visit and gave me the best options for sending said packages and letters. I love that I was always able to efficiently track things I’ve mailed. ALSO love that my info is saved and they know who I amwhen I come in. LOVE this business, I won’t go anywhere else for my postal needs! :)

Don't use this place, they DO NOT give receipts for packages you drop off for USPS. They lost a package and went I went in, he said "what proof do you have the you dropped it off here". Knowing they don't give receipts, antagonizing me. Then tried to call the police on me LOL. When I was legitimately irate that they either stole or lost the package. DO NOT use this place!

We have been going to Post All since it opened! Everyone there is super friendly and helpful. They always give me several options when mailing packages (cost and delivery date) but know me well enough to figure I’ll use the cheapest way if possible!? Their system stores all the names and addresses I’ve used for shipping in the past. Dusty, the owner, is always friendly and upbeat but super efficient. When his mom, Dorothy, is working we catch up on the grandkids etc…The other big bonus is that if I have stamped mail they always have a postal box where I can bypass the line, say a quick hello, and just drop it in. They take all the mail to the main post office every evening so it really expedites the delivery time. I especially appreciate that when I’m mailing our small business quarterly taxes etc. We’ve had some break-in to the mailboxes in our neighborhood so I always feel safer mailing important letters there!! Run, don’t walk, if you haven’t tried them yet!!! Lori Staffel??
