Gas pumps won't accept my debit card half of the time at this location. Debit card is accepted at Circle K down the street all the time. This last time, gas was coming out at a slow trickle. Canceled transaction at 14 cents and drove off! LONG lines with only one cashier. ATM very often down. Guess staff doesn't call it in. Over time, this has happened to me about 10 times. Have been told by staff that ATM was NOT their responsibility. Tired of waiting in long line, one customer told cashier that he wasn't being paid to be there. Place horribly run!!!

This location needs to stop advertising that it is open 24 hours. I work late sometimes, and on my way home I've tried to go get a snack, but if you go by between 2 a.m.-5:30 a.m. the doors are locked. Not very convenient, and definitely not open 24 hrs. Correct your store hours, or correct your overnight staff. If they really should be open then they're losing money for the owner.

Spend $40 between gas and in store merchandise and ask to use the barricaded restroom and am told NO. I ask why and am told I'm told by guy behind register, "I am only an employee." The other guy says because our manager tells us to close them a 8:00. I will never spend my money here again.

Someone needs to tell the old man how to do his jobPoor customer serviceLack of knowledge in one of his most profitable areasI was gonna have my wife purchase my smokes for me since I rushed out the house with my 4 kids and ran out without an ID. He decides to make up his own TABC rules and say that since I'm requesting the product, she can not buy it for me.I don't know how someone with the education of a 5th attempted GED certification got left in charge of such big decisions but he definitely ruined my night.Was the TABC even established when he came into employment? Did someone play pass the message when it came to learning the new rules?Guess this is why he works at a gas station ?Had my wife go in and buy from the girl anyway?? He made up his own rules and couldn't even enforce them ?? yupp certified petrol cashier

Their customer service is always on point very clean it's one of the few other stores I will actually go to I used to work there. Management good team awesome customer good selection

Parking is always an issue, always a long line with only 1 cashier, ice machine seems to be constantly broken, told that military mondays are for coffee only when I had been getting polar pops forever. Used to be my go to store, but think I'll be going elsewhere.
