I just filled up my truck around 2 o’clock today. It is June 18, 2025 and the sign on Potranco side stated diesel was $3.07 BUT with your .10 card it was down to $2.97. So I paid at the pump as usual use my card and after pumping half a tank I noticed that diesel was at $3.09 a gallon after using your discount card. I went inside and spoke to the manager and the clerk. The manager stated oh no, not again that the price had changed on them. The manager went to the back and stated that she changed the prices again. I asked for a refund because I put in 20 gallons of diesel and she said no that she could not do that. If I had any problems that I can just call corporate. I think that is considered theft on their need. I know if I went in and grabbed a two dollar bag of chips and walked out without paying for it. I know that they would have called the sheriff department and made a police report. The manager did not try to fix the problem. It was like she really did not care.

I am a regular at this station. Over the past 6 months more and more of the pumps are not printing receipts causing me to have to go in and stand in line to get my receipt for work. This is an ongoing issue and a sign that management does not care. I hope the owner reads this and puts priority on fixing the pump printers. If they do I will change my review.

Extremely rude!!! My son and other kids stop at the store for drinks mid day and they are paying customers. They kick them out and tell the students that they can’t be there and they are trespassing!!!AGAIN THEY ARE PAYING CUSTOMERS.

Very bad experience I was at the Valero Circle K on Potranco by 211 I was getting nacho cheese sauce for my grandson's hot dog. The lid fell off so I was trying to place it Back on when one of the workers came over reached over our hot dogs then tells me well you shouldn't be messing with our stuff. For being a fairly new location this place is horrible I would never go there again. When I tried to stop her she kept walking away from me walked out the front door nobody apologized for how she treated me or my 8 year old grandson I was appalled.

Cashier shorted me a dollar in gas n argued that she put remainder on gas and it that's what it equal to. I argued with her the point took out my calculator and I was right. The manager heard us are doing and came and gave me an attitude like she knew what she did and she was fixing to change it. They're rude and it's ugly when you have to watch your money at all times because people don't know what they're doing
