This place has the worst pumps... At least on three occasions they didn't work for me for various reasons and always at the most inopportune times. I guess Shell it is.

They sold me an EMPTY propane tank for 65$. This place is clearly a mess. Understaffed and ridiculous lines, there’s no room for customer service or attention to detail because there’s only 2-3 employees and this place is insanely busy. Never without a line around the store.

I’m so sick of coming into this Valero and the unprofessional Interactions with the long hair dreaded manager. He is not welcoming nor appreciative of my business. No appeal to the customer how is this person the leader of this establishment. Numbers may be one thing but personality go far… this manager has none.

I've been coming here for several months and I've never had any problems here, except for once. They had the trash can right by the door and it had tons of bees all over the trash can and the door. It was kind of scary getting inside the store. I told the cashier it probably wasn't a good idea and he ignored me. I asked if he heard me, and he said yes, and that was that. ? awkward.Even though the way they have the line set up right next to the door, I have never experienced the line being outside of the door, even during lunch time. Every time that I've been here there has always been more than 1 employee at a cash register.

Gas prices competitive and well stocked store. Staff here is not very friendly but they are efficient. Coolers always stocked and nice selection of scratch off tickets.

Fast courteous friendly. Just need to have someone clean the areas around the gas pumps and change the windshield washer areas w clean water.
