Carletta Lulu and Andrew are really good with customer service. Always friendly. If there’s something missing from the shelves or not stocked in the Coke machine they will check for me. Really stepped up since Carlos has been away. It’s a nice neighborhood store not the biggest but the selection of beer and snacks works just fine for me. Sometimes one of the card readers doesn’t work, it’s been a problem for months. Came in today and found out that it was fixed, great job. Been coming here since it was a Shamrock

there is no reason for the restroom to be that disgusting . it’s a nice restroom but clearly no one has the work ethic to clean the mirror or spray to toilet with some bleach or fabuloso and use a toilet scrubber . as a hard working woman, there’s no excuse for the workers to have the restroom that way WOW

((An unbelievable experience))
I have lived down the street for 34 years and have never experienced a young man that insists on messing with me every time. I go in telling me a hit store and constantly being disrespectful. I have approached management that I do like. Unfortunately, he told me that's all we can get nowadays? I have tried to purchase twice where they put a code on the screen. You punch in your number and you get the discount. He has refused to put that up for me. Stating that it must be broken, spoke to management. They told me the same thing they came out, did it? And wow the number came up. Once again, I looked at management and said are you going to allow this? They said nothing. I have a call in now to corporate. We'll see where that goes. Try your best to avoid morning hours. This is when this young gentleman works that he seems to have all the power and does not care who you are. How long you been in the area and feels you should give him. Respect without him doing the same. I hope this help somebody from avoiding such a stressful And unnecessary behavior and actions. Update contacted. District manager never got back to me contacted. Regional manager for surrounding circle case spoke to me said he was concerned and would get back to me over a week ago. It is obvious that Circle K. Is more concerned with people to collect money. Can people take care and treat their customers right? Let's all stand together and say no more to such behavior there are too many other choices in the world right now and companies like this deserve to be boycotted

It’s rare when I ever stop into a circle K but when my car had broke down I had no choice. I went inside and a young man named Andrew told me he could help me and gave me some jumper cables and jumped my vehicle with his own personal vehicle! I had thought this generation was lost but Andrew gave me hope. Definitely hope he gets a raise. 10 out of 10.

Weird that a store that's open 24hrs and I need gas so I pull up and the lazy woman inside is mopping with both doors locked ignoring customers, this place is one I will avoid from now on, don't have your hours say 24 if it's not true

They are not open 24 hours like it says on their Google location listing.. They lock the doors and put up a sign that says they're closed when ever they want to. Two nights in a row that they have closed at 7pm. Very disappointing when you need to go grab something and don't know if they will be open or not

Standard gas station but I gets a prop for having cheaper prices on gas than any of its neighbors. This is your stop if you're coming from 35 down Thousand Oaks. A car wash is available behind the convenience store, and if you get a wash, you'll get a few cents off. Exit on the small side street and not Thousand Oaks to avoid the light at the nearby intersection.
