I definitely would recommend anyone to bring there pet in here at the animal hospital. This place has been there for me, my family & my beloved pets. I've brought in my Bella for seizures & Daniel was just a Darling. He attended to her like if she was his own! He loves what he does. I've brought in Vadea from an attack from another dog & right away they gave her the attention she needed. Just recently our pups contracted Parvo. Unfortunately we lost a pup. & Believe you me we went there to get her the help she needed to pull through. They did everything they could but unfortunately she lost the battle to Parvo. Right now we came across this path again. We did everything like we did with our other pups & she is improving. Thank you to this place for showing the love & care for all of my pets. ?

I want to say Thank you to everyone from the ladies that answer the phone, to the sweet lady who took my dog, the Great Dr to the lady that took my payment and everyone else. So sweet and kind staff. I recommend this hospital. They treat so well. I’m amazed in a time of grief and anxiety. They are all sweet. THANK YOU ? y’all helped us and my baby chewy!

I had an emergency with my cat. I had traveled from Laredo Tx to San Antonio, to have him seen. The front desk people were very rude. " What happend?" the first thing I heard. I explained my situation and the ladies up front seem like they had other things going on. I presume she suffered from resting B face syndrome. While I'm desperate to have him seen they encouraged me to get seen somewhere else due to them having 1 DR! For an emergency hospital and having only 1 DR! is very very weird. While I'm giving the lady my information I hear the phone ring and another receptionist told the person on the phone, " I already told you we can't help you." and hung up. I know my cat needed to be seen ASAP, but I would not subject him to this place. Please Please Please take your animals to Thrive Health Care on 2426 Ceegee, I can say they will truly have the patience and understanding a pet parent needs in a time of crisis.

Was given a 1 - 2 hour wait time. Was still waiting after more than 4 hours. Just tell someone if you're too busy to attend to them.

Terrible place. Horrible customer service. Everyone there seems like they hate their life and will just ignore you. Unless its an emergency and your pet is dying don’t go there.

Our sweet boy passed at home after all other cremation businesses were closed. My plans were to go to Bluebonnet because of their amazing reviews but we had no other choice but to go to Becker. Me and my daughter had obviously been crying and the girl at the front desk girl had zero emotions and offered zero condolences. For the vets who got into this business for what I hope to be their love of pets, your front desk people who are the face of your business are heartless.The young man we gave our sweet boy too was great. He offered his condolences and even offered to give us time. That young man should work the front desk. He was human. And he is the only reason for 2 stars.They told me to wait 3 weeks for remains and I would get a text. No text came so I called at exactly 3 weeks and they said his remains arrived a week earlier!!!! No call and no apology from the front desk staff. No comment about looking into it.If you can avoid this business for cremation services, please do so. They are obviously young people who have no business dealing with the loss of someone’s beloved pet.

My cat Oreo and I have been back and forth the past 2 days due to him getting blocked and while pricey the people are wonderful. I want to specifically mention 2 techs John Prado who took care of us twice and was so nice and provided plenty of informative tips/printouts and Hailey Gallagner who took care of us last night was so patient and super informative. I had intended to leave this review earlier but I've been so worried that I wasn't sleeping and after last night I was finally able to relax enough to fall asleep. Thank you all so much!

VCA Becker is one of the animal hospitals that I trust for my pet I was recently in office and jen sells along with Noel V. was one to assist me with all my question and concerns awesome customer service and they were very informative 10/10 I recommend the doctors, staff along with the responsible prices.

Me and my special needs cat both had an amazing experience here. Every staff interaction, from the front desk, vet techs, to the vet himself was kind and understanding. They answered my millions of questions thoroughly, were very knowledgeable about my cats condition and what medication was safe to use with him, and treated me with a lot of kindness in regards to my anxiety about his procedure. He’s making a quick recovery and I can tell he already feels a ton better. I am so, so pleased with my first experience here and will be using this vet for any emergencies for the foreseeable future! My 16-year-old cat got sick suddenly, so I took her to Becker because it was 6 am Sunday (my regular vet was closed). I was distraught because I knew it was not something she she could recover from. The front desk, the tech, and the vet were so caring. I want to thank Dr. Davis especially. He was so compassionate and kind. Becker has a sympathy room, so I was able to spend as much time with her as I needed to say goodbye in a quiet, private space. I just got her remains, and along with the very nice urn, they included a sympathy card and a cat angel pin, which I am wearing. It is so thoughtful. Although it was a dreadful experience, the staff at Becker made it less painful with their professionalism and kindness.

Every response states to contact facility manager. Well if it’s Mr Gilbert he is never available. His schedule is Wednesday through Sunday after 3 PM and he is never around to speak to or never returns calls. Just stating the truth. We are considering taking our business else where after 4 years02/25/24So our dog was at Becker Thursday for vaccines / fecal test since he is on a monthly wellness plan. Supposedly we had a senior tech assisting. Our dog has never bleed from his butt ever! Called Becker today Sunday and asked for Dan Gilbert left on hold twice. He called back and I asked who was the tech that provided the fecal test on our dog! He said he was not sure if he would be able to find out who did this test. From there our conversation went south!! Mr Gilbert likes to pad himself in the back as a professional. But he is not! He bad mouthed me with his superior! Per him. Upper management would not speak to me because of notes he has posted about me. Well if mishaps would not happen to our pet at Becker things would run smooth. But we’ve had issues in the past with techs!! Dr Dzr- Dr Lee are magnificent doctors. But those techs need more training bottom line. So Dan Gilbert washed his hands and said we were not welcome anymore at Becker !! I truly believe it is personal because he mentioned my negative review on Google about him. But what I stated was the truth.!! And what about this blood our dog releasing from his butt ? Was it due to the fecal test ? Was the test done correctly? Who did the test ? Was our dog okay when they did the test? But he was not understanding to my concerns ! He has to side for his staff. I will get answers one way or another. They need a new manager is what they need a trained techs. I’msure some are trained but not all.

all I can say, is thank you vca for saving my dog and I want to thanks specifically vet Jordan Davis he really truly cares about animals we were faced with a lot of troubles and he still took up on his decision to make things right and save my dogs life. I want to specifically thank him for all that he does, and truly caring about animals. I’ve never seen a veterinarian so devoted to his job all I can say is thank you I am truly thankful for what he did for me and my family will always have a special place in our hearts thank you
