I was there the other day and I was shocked when there was quite the show that all of us customers were seeing, it was very awkward and made some of us very uncomfortable and I personally was very disappointed in how the Manager Jose handled the situation and ultimately made it worse and put his foot in his mouth. From what I overheard he wouldn't help a customer who had already had a bunch of issues which he said took him 2 months to get fixed. The manager Jose didn't want to help him because his ID showed his name Raymond but his name on the account was listed as Ray. Even a Verizon phone rep asked him and asked him to please engage with and assist the customer but the manager refused. Then he starts to show and read the company policy about how the name must match the ID presented by the customer but in doing that he read another part also that said something about not accepting one of those paper ID without the original here copy card ID and there when myself and my partner looked at each other because we watched him help an earlier customer who only had the paper ID and no actual hard copy card. I guess that guy Ray had seen that too cause he got upset and asked the manager why he was willing to break one company policy but not make an exception to his name being listed as Ray and not Raymond. I wonder the same thing. I also wonder why the Manager Jose was so rude, condescending and unprofessional so freely and publicly as he was. He could have handled the dilemma much much differently and with a little more class.

The manager Jose picks and chooses which company policies he feels like abiding by and which ones he feels he has the authority to NOT follow. And I have him on video in his own words stating admitting in a store full of people exactly that. Since day one verizon has And he I am in a wheelchair and on oxygen so my account manager went to the store and they verified him but then refused to help him reconnect my line that they never had permission to disconnect in the first place and we were going to purchase a $1200 phone and an $1100 tablet. He refused to help him because I accidentally put Ray instead of Raymond on the account where I listed him as an account manager. This is after he was made aware that Verizon never delivered my home internet, then charged me $165 and labeled my account delinquent and kept trying to collect a bill for me for something that I never even got it took me two months of getting mistreated discriminated against for being an American and hung up on and lied to you and even had the first attempt to give me credit denied for no reason listed at all then when I finally two months later was able to get somebody to credit me the money that they should have never charged me they for some reason disconnected my cell phone line and now they refuse to help me or verify my account because they want to send a text message to the phone that they disconnected and then to top that off the phone that they did the phone line they disconnected they were never even able to activate it but they're charging me for it. Even after being made aware of all of this the gentleman who treated me really refuse to help me and then proclaimed in front of a whole store for the customer is that he was willing to break one company policy but not willing to break another company policy because the name didn't match exactly when Ray instead of Raymond what kind of sense does that even make? Why would he make that proclamation in a store full of customers? Why would he allow such a scene to happen with a store full of customers hearing everything that I've already been through that is not the way that Verizon wants experiences for the customer should have and then still treat me badly and refuse to help? I even had somebody from the Verizon code phone customer service talk to him and ask him to please go ahead and help me that there was not you know policy that he could not accept Ray instead of Raymond because of the you know the name just not being fully done everybody knows that Ray and Raymond are the same thing why he was choosing to discriminate against my account manager I have no idea maybe he had a personal vendetta against him or maybe he was having a bad day but everything that he did was just I'm sure against Verizon's you know expectations and so I hope that somebody go to and does something about this I wish that somebody would contact me about this so I could show them videos and all the screen recordings of all the phone conversations where I was treated very very badly you hung up on I spent hours and hours over 2 months before I finally got somebody to credit me back or something I should have never got charged and then they disconnect my phone line making it impossible for me to verify the phone and do anything with the account at all whatsoever but they're going to keep charging me for it though thank you Jose You're awesome manager!

My experience with this Verizon store is by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. There was zero effort to resolve the issue for which I came to the store. After 15 years with Verizon I doubt I will ever sign a new contract with this company. They utterly failed in courtesy did not attempt to bring some kind of solution.

Me and my family went in and were told we were getting a trade in value deal for $1000 for each iPhone but the sale rep Doug ended up giving us another deal behind our back and now we’re screwed out of a few thousand dollars.
Looking at the other reviews for this store it seems to be filled with scammers and liars I would avoid this place like the plague and the customer support team is telling us they can’t do anything to help us.

I opened a business account and I was promise 4 iPhones 15 which were given to me and a credit of $200 per line transfer to Verizon,, I was also told I did not need to worry about any monthly payments until the credits were exhausted and that my bill was going to be $128.00 a month for all 4 lines as it is a business account. 2 months past by and just found out I had to pay over $600 in order to avoid disconnection and disconnection fees, that I am being charged for each phone they gave me and my monthly payments were $240.00 instead. I went to the store and spoke to the manager and nothing has been resolved I call customer service and they just throw the ball back and forth with each other, with different excuses; first excuse was that sales person is under investigation, then that in order to get the credits I had to pay two regular monthly payments that don’t even add what the promotion was and last that they forgot to put the credits in The system. last time I went I talked to Manager Diana Martinez and she said she just lost my number and couldn’t reach out to me but there were no notes inputed by business manager and needed to keep on waiting.
Worst decision ever to switch from AT&T to Verizon, their customer service is like if the Company was just starting from scratch,

Unbelievably bad phone service. Unbelievably bad service. Unbelievably bad phones. I was with these people in Samsung for over 10 years and swore by them would even tell people with iPhones were misled. Sorry but I'm happy to go to iPhone which I never thought I would do but it's just that bad now with Samsung and Verizon. Please do yourself a favor and stay away, stay very far away. I hope this word to the wise sufficient!

What a horrible experience at Verizon in the Quarry. I called to find an IPad Pro 13/inch and talked to Christian who said he had several. My husband the called to make sure it was a 1T and he said yes. We drove 50 minutes to pick it up and the manager said he did not have one. When we asked where Christian was he told us at lunch. The manager never said he was sorry or attempted to fix the problem. Don’t shop this store unless you want an unprofessional experience and a rude incompetent manager.

Stonewalled the second i walked in. The guy trying to help me was clearly lost and the manager standing behind him was snickering he had his employee struggling. He wasn't bothering to help our his employee or help me. Very bullying behavior. I am traveling to mount everest and I had questions about turning off my data and avoiding roaming fees since verizon does not work in nepal and neither do their international plans. The manager standing behind the guy at the front door was super rude cut me off mid question and told me to have a nice day and started asking the guy who helped me what time he clocked in. I was frustrated the guy helping me didn't have any info but that manager needs to be fired immediately. No one who bullies their employees and belittles their customers should be in any position of authority

Verizon needs sales training… serious sales training. Just walked in with 2 iPhones. Sales guy with NFL tshirt didn’t stand up, didn’t introduce himself, didn’t get my name, didn’t get my account info and did not assess or ask what my objective or what would make me happy with this visit. He had no solutions for my issue except to say, “Apple handles that, not us”. He attempted to band-aid my issue instead of leveraging a captive customer that has been a Verizon customer for over 15 years.
He had the opportunity to sell me 2 new iPhones for myself and 4 new phones and lines for my sales team.
I like face to face sales not chat bots and foreigners actually doing a better job than “real” people in my community. Meanwhile, I’m on the phone with a Verizon agent.

The customer service experience that we experienced from Brandy the store manager at the quarry there was not helpful and we were told she would call us back and we never recieved and call back about our account then we proceeded to go to the following corp store which was The Forum which we dealt with another “store manager which was her first day apparently she gave us her phone to call Customer service then the active “store manager” came out and asked for her phone back and no one there was helpful and very rude and asked for her phone back again. All the help they give you is to call customer service so they don’t have to deal with it and we proceeded to call customer service again because they hung up on us for the 5 time Verizon is the absolute worst I wound not recommend them to anyone I know in definitely!!!!!!!!!!

I went in for a phone issue and didn't receive much help. I've worked for the Verizon call center so I know how helpless this company is. To make it worse I came from a "regular" Verizon store and was told, I would get the help here. Do not go to Verizon unless you want to waste time and money.
