Me and my boyfriend went in there today to start a new plan, and the reps. were at the door and ready to help. Valentine was the sales rep. that helped us today to set that new plan up. THEY DID AMAZINGGG. Valentine was so helpful and guided us through all our options.

Customer service person, Phil, was incredibly rude to me .. He is the reason I will never use Verizon again. And obviously they don't care or they wouldn't allow someone to treat people in the manner I was treated. There are kind and patient individuals who need jobs. Please hire them!

Horrible service with Verizon on Bulverde Rd and in Spring Branch. Responded to one of their Ads for trading in eligible phones and getting free IPhone 15's and it turned out to be a joke and the mgr turned out to be a jerk. Got the phones, but they don't tell you about all of the hidden costs. Don't use a private retailer. Their attitude is "too bad". The tech's were nice but my fill reflected services they did not perform (data transfer). When I asked about it, the mgr said that if I needed it in the future, they would do it. I asked him why they didn't do it when we first got the phones and he couldn't answer that. That's when we needed it done. He got mad and hung up on me. He needs a lesson in customer relations. DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY OR AT EITHER OF HIS STORES!

Confused about their service. The app on the phone doesn't really work. Their payment terminal doesn't work. The personal service works and prices are fair. I might try another service provider as I am not convinced.

⚠️Buyer beware ⚠️I came in as a new customer interested in the $1000phone trade promotion but turned out to be a scam. I was very disappointed with how the promotion was handled.I was told my phone qualified, and that I was going to be paying a certain monthly amount and that I would also be receiving a military service discount and a discount for my current job, but instead they added an extra phone line to my account that I was completely unaware of and then saw I was only getting $400 for the phone instead of the $1000 that was promised during the sale, and on top of that the 400 was only going to be a $11 a month credit for 3 years.After this I felt extremely deceived and want to get legal advice.

I will avoid going to this Verizon store altogether after being deceived due to their lack of integrity.About two years ago when my family moved to a new house, Verizon was not available in that area, so we switched to other internet providers. In December 2023, my husband tried to get a new phone from Verizon, and when we visited this store at the Quarry, the sales representative "guaranteed" to us that 5G internet service was covered in my area. We gladly accepted his offer and brought a router home with an active 5G plan.After that, I spent an entire month setting up and hotfixing this internet service because the speed was minimal (3-5) and not usable. I contacted Verizon customer service several times and worked like a technician for the company, fixing my own internet issue. The whole process was painful, and I had to tolerate humiliation and sarcasm from Verizon customer service, where no one bothered to find out that the real issue that was caused by this store.This week, I had enough with this poor service and returned the router to another location on Broadway. The technician there found out that the Quarry store used an address at 9726 Spring Harvest, San Antonio, to "qualify" our internet plan. Of course, that's not going to work out, and naturally, my internet at home would never work because my address is still not covered by Verizon internet. Did the Quarry Verizon do this just to sell their products? I had to deal with all these inconveniences only to find out I have been deceived. Whose address is 9726 Spring Harvest, San Antonio, TX 78254? Why is it still in my account for the fake internet service? And what have the Quarry Verizon got from this shady practice?

I got my Verizon service last Thursday, Saturday night, I plug my phone in to charge..wake up Sunday..no service, called Verizon from work, spent over an hour and a half on the phone and was promised a new phone would arrive the next day..Monday..no phone was ever delivered..called Verizon again, after multiple transfers and many promises, no resolution..asked to speak with a supervisor..was trans to another customer service rep...almost 4 hours later, I disconnected the call very frustrated with no resolution and a promise of a new phone on Thursday..so 5 days without a phone..my first bill has already been sent after 2 days of service! Guess who is NOT keeping Verizon and guess who DOES NOT OWE A BILL...

Caution, you will be deceived. Phones are never free, bill amounts are absurd. They will not explain all costs, they will not be able to provide true written statements from the start. You will rely on words of people who are driven by commissions not ethics.Better way is to go directly to Apple buy the phone directly from them which you can still do monthly and go to metro, cricket or like provider with true transparency and low rates.I hope this helps others not be scammed as I was. No matter what response of any they reply to this with I can assure you it’s deceptive
