I had a great experience at this location with Kalani he was so helpful! My phone had totally frozen on me with a black screen. Long story short He took care of me! My phone was only a few months old from an upgrade. He had my new phone ordered and to be shipped ASAP!! Thanks Kalani!

This place is always low staffed and you can expect to spend an entire day just waiting to be seen. Usually go early or late to beat the wait but ends up being a wait anyways. Get more people in there. Ended up going with someone else.

I got screwed when I purchased this line, the sales person said I had the international unlimited (don’t think that’s the real name of the plan) and to my surprise I was not and instead I’m being charged for a plan I didn’t request and getting charged for international calls that should have been included. I was very thorough with the customer service person at this store and very specific on where this phone and line was going to be used. I told him my grandmothers phone got disconnected due to a hack that was done on my uncles account and we needed her phone to work, so I asked kindly if he could connect my grandmothers current phone to a new line and new account. He said yes! So then he asked if I had a business cause it be cheaper if I did it under my business. So I gave him all the required information. THIS WHOLE TIME I NEVER KNEW I HAD VISITED A THIRD PARTY VENDOR. Now they want me to pay over 3K for those calls that I never even knew I was on the wrong plan. I’m so disappointed, I really wanted to keep on doing business with Verizon, but if Verizon is ok with your 3rd party vendor’s screwing people over, then Adios!

So I have been wanting the new pink iPhone 15 so bad but was scared to try to get into any phone store to buy one! But I decided to go to this store by my my house and it was The best decision I ever made.(Because buying a phone as we know it, just like buying a car!) but this was the best store I had ever been to Daisy. My cell representative was the best ever she hooked me up with the best promo deals ever she made me feel very comfortable, because I do have very bad anxiety about buying big purchases. She walked me through every process and got me my brand new iPhone 15 Pro pink I am in love with it and Daisy is the best. If you need a new phone, please go see her she is the best and she is going to help me put my daughter on my line soon so my daughter can be happy to and have a new iPhone thank you Daisy and thank you to Verizon .

Omg I so love the people here. They were able to sell me the pixel watch and set it up and activate it and They even took my pixel 7 pro and connected the 2. And they set up the account for the watch. They had patience. And I appreciate that because I had a long exhausting day at work and then I was already frustrated with the traffic and just the fact that I've been up since 5:00 in the morning and they made my life so much easier. They took care of all my problems. But of course I have the same great experience at all. The Verizon stores but this one was also very great. They actually gave me a better deal on the pixel watch than other Verizon stores. So I give this one a 5 star rating and the other Verizon stores a 4 star. I definitely will be returning. Not even love how they were able to sell me the correct car charger I needed for my phone. Cuz I only had a home plug and 1 USB C cable. So now I have everything I need. And I even love how the pixel watch came with a wireless charger and it came with an extra band for the watch.
