I dropped off a trade-in on April 13th, 2024 and it was never shipped out of the store. I called the store and they don’t have it, my trade in is now lost and I am out of pocket $850. Make sure that if you are dropping off a trade in, you get confirmation in the spot from your account that it was checked in.

This is not a corporate location and doesn’t accept returns on faulty home internet equipment. They also charge 10% store fee on all sales. Avoid this Franchise location and head to a corporate location.

I came to this store for my account pin transfer since I was unable to get it over the phone.The representative: a short bigger individual with dark hair, was in the back at time, came up to the front and was rude upon greeting me, and told me I had to call Verizon for it; so I did, then they told me I could get it at a store so I went to a different store and they gave it to me right away no issues.Not sure why he didn’t help me, but it was a waste of my time. It shouldn’t be hard to do your job, if it is find another job that requires less brain power?
