Lost a $1700 sale because no one would so much as let me look at a box that the phone I wanted came in. If I could give the customer service here 14 thumbs down, I would. Guy never spoke directly to me or made eye contact. If you hate your job that much, redo your resume and get out in the street and pound that pavement dude. Warning to others, go somewhere else if you want someone to treat you with a shed of decency.

My husband and I decided to switch from t mobile to verizon i originally moved 3 phones over. Vidal helped me he was great AT FIRST. The first phone I received didn’t work properly so I had to return it for a new one. I had issues with billing not being right but Vidal helped me fix it. Well I went one day to add an additional 2 more lines and Vidal wasn’t there so David helped me, mind u again this is a business acct. I did a trade in and was suppose to receive 800 back. When I returned it I was told they will credit me $130 then once the warehouse receives the phone I would get the difference it’s been 3 mths now still no refund and now I’m being charged the product installment plans they said they will refund me and the way Vidal responds is very very slow like he won’t fix anything till 2-4 weeks I’ve had one issue after the other and although they are trying to make it right it takes them 2-4 weeks to respond then to actually fix the issue. Nonstop hectic I now have 6 lines and I’m so ready to switch back. This is the longest wait I’ve dealt with still it’s been a week since I’ve received a response and eveytime the excuse is oh I was out I just got back I’ll look into this….EVERYTIME. How
Can one person have so much vacation time! I’m still waiting I hope the store can rectify this because this is horrible. I do want to mention when David added the additional lines he messed up my billing so bad Vidal had to go in and fix it. I had one line that is added to my device so only talk but he gave it talk and data when I didn’t have an additional device. the billing is a joke and is always different. worse experience ever

The service is regrettable, worthy of not taking this company into account, and if you speak Spanish as is my case, you are ignored symptoms of discrimination and palpable racism towards the Latin community in San Antonio, I think they should have a more trained staff open to all audiences since that should be the objective of physical stores.

Me and my wife had the best experience here , walk out with what we actually wanted and got great deals , Chrissy was amazing ! Recommend anybody going to her she has the best customer service overall the experience was 10/10 . Ask for Chrissy !

Some of the best customer service I've had. Top 5 percent. Went in with a damaged phone trying to transfer info to my new phone. Screen was cracked in a way to where only 15 percent of screen was visible . Almost impossible to read . They could've said there's no way to transfer due to the damage but customer specialist Angelo Cigarroa took the time to try to figure out another way. Ultimately transferred everything to new phone.
Verizon isn't the cheapest but worth every penny. Would recommend to everyone . Customer service at military and 410 is the best

Awful experience!
One day earlier I purchased 2 gizmo watches they could able to put phone number into one and could NOT for the other one. (Waited more than an hour.. Understandable was busy)
The day after I made an extra trip to there to fix the issue. I entered and didn’t frustrate at the beginning despite the extra trip. Tried to explain the issue. The lady kept interrupting and ask me ID? Your ID? After seeing my ID kept interrupting. Finally a piece of minded manager showed up and looked my ID and asked the information I tried to bring up in the first sentence (I tried to start with account numbers)
After an other 30 mins waiting issue solved. Wait is not a big deal.
Even 1st purchase’s mistake is not a big deal. Mistakes happen every second.
But disrespect?? That’s a big deal..
Did the disrespectful lady understood her mistake? Unsure. I hope this comment helps..

Crissy was patient, knowledgeable, helpful, and was able to get me the Galaxy s24 I wanted in purple. She explained how to transfer data and the website. Overall, great experience!!

Was never acknowledged nor looked at. After walking around the whole store, I finally noticed they had a sign that was pretty much hiding, to scan & check in. It never gave me the option to check in, just to make an appointment. Which was also giving me a hard time. I left.
