Collin was an amazing help. We can in later in the day. And despite numerous technical difficulties he was patient, knowledgeable, and where most people would have just paused the process for a different day he called customer service and sorted out all of our issues. Would definitely revisit this location.

Expect to spend HOURS transferring data if you get an upgrade, plus a $44 store service fee. I came in to trade-in an iPhone 8+ for a 15+. I was told that they were offering a special promo and would get a $415 trade-in value and the process should take approx. 25 minutes to transfer everything. Perhaps the General Manager was eager to close a deal, but I think he miscalculated my photo library. I was there for 6 hours!!! Note, for the trade-in I was told the confirmed value with their promo was sent via email, but I did not get any digital receipt confirming the transaction. Thus I insisted I get a printed receipt-- which the GM seemed annoyed by my request. Since, it can take up to 2-3 months of the billing cycle to see your trade-in value applied...I suggest you get a receipt! On the way out, I heard a customer came in concerned that he didn't get the promised value for his phone, plus an additional $50 Verizon restocking fee on his auto-pay. Yikes! I can only hope this store has the integrity to honor the deal they sold me.
